Gross Debt is at $168.8 million and $81.2 million in cash and cash equivalents on hand. We're looking at more cash and cash equivalents on hand than the entire market cap + Comparison and Search divisions.

Unfortunately it seems the market doesn't trust them at all. They are very quiet with announcing full audited results too, that is usually put out in March. Something must be brewing you would think, but who knows.

Interesting the delay compared to usual yearly audited results.

Without a deal mcap at £90m while EBITDA at over $40m. Last year $66 million in adjusted operating cash flow, after tax, interest, and capex you're probably looking at $45m free cash flow. With net debt reduced by $8.8m, $6.9m spent on buybacks and $4.7m was spent on redundancies (more spent on total restructuring).

Free Cash Flow vs Enterprise Value right now probably around 20%. It's absolute madness.

Do you mean there average? The IPO over 10 years ago was at 55p. They have been paying much more than that over the past few years. Gemini says there average is over 80p.

I could feel he was frustrated reading it, which is the only new thing I came out of reading it, which was nice to hear.... As I am also very frustrated haha.

Unhooked my average is about the same as of Nov 2024. I wish I was in the position to lower my average, but I'm not. Its a ridiculous valuation even when pricing Search at £0 and of course taking into account debt.

We should receive an update this month or early next month when looking at full year result dates in the past few years, it is around this time frame.

I also did receive a reply to an email from Max Royde this week, he did seem very frustrated about the current situation (and me moaning about the board). Very similar to the letter to Kestrel's own investors.
