Resources and Exploration
The Zulu Project has substantial resources. Following a successful 2,500 metres diamond drilling programme between September 2016 and February 2017, Premier published a Maiden SAMREC compliant Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 20.1 million tonnes grading 1.06% Li2O and 51 ppm Ta2O5 using a cut-off grade of 0.5% Li2O on the Main Zone. The Mineral Resource Estimate contains 526,000 tonnes of Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (“LCE”) and 1,025 tonnes of Tantalum Pentoxide. The Mineral Resource Estimate covers only 35% of Zulu’s known 3.5km surface strike length and the drilling continues to upgrade and expand this Mineral Resource Estimate as the deposit remains open at depth and along strike. The Main Zone has an exploration target of 60-80 million tonnes.

Since the first phase of drilling, The Company commenced a new drilling programme focused on expanding and upgrading the resources in the Main Zone as well as delineating a resource for the New Zone which was discovered in August 2017 and lies to the south-east of the Main Zone. The New Zone has the potential to exceed the projected target already established in the Main Zone. The exploration target for the Zulu Lithium Project is between 120-160 million tonnes.

I know many here won't like me....I am not invested on this but other lithium operation.
On EMH just to counter balance claims that it will reach astronomical share prices etc..
I hope you are aware that any Lithium deposit with a cutoff grade lower than 0.5% is considered uneconomical, moreover we are talking about a mine in the hearth of Europe, how much hearth work and processing need to be done to extract any meaningful amount of Lithium carbonate, considering the low grade..???

Mineral Resources are not Reserves until they have demonstrated economic viability based on a feasibility study or pre-feasibility study.
Well I rather have a DFS, that is when financing is decided. Anyhow, saying that is possible that the Europeans will go ahead with this project, even if is losing money or environmentally challenging..
Production of Lithium Carbonate is environmentally challenging and need lots of regulations that can only be assessed via DFS an then be approved by relevant authorities to get permitting, it could be a very long road in Europe, but not impossible I suppose.
Meanwhile I see EMH's BoD helping themselves to more shares based on company performance....lol
Nice! Performance of what ? Having a very nice website with lots of pictures and talks about how Lithium is important for the future?

Hey....you have lost the plot, by mixing politic, nationalism and possibly some personal issues against Mr. GR with economics and investment sense, you probably have too much money in the pockets for your own good. What ever, I give up talking about rationale and economic sense....let all have 20 pints of lager and forget all about it.

funny enough just earlier I was looking at Firefinch operations, with the intent to invest, but I am going to decline.
No doubt the website and presentation are top notch and impressive, what I question about this company are two things. First with a gold mine operation that produced lots of cash, they managed to sell 80% of the Lithium project to be to Garfeng, for some $170 mil, no good. Secondly Mali is not my cup of tea geographically....Is likely Firefinch sp will have still some way to go up, but recently it retraced quite a bit for a reason.
Again in my book the best lithium project out there right now is Sigma Lithium Resource, they to fund the current mine development, have borrow money, for an offtake agreement, meaning that Sigma will payback capex with initial sales without dilutions...very clever.

I am sure that a Joint-venture for Prem will come once the DFS and possibly resource upgrade is out, and with that all the permitting to follow. This is the way things works, I never eared that gov. give mining permits before a study or DD is carried out. IMO the $12mil is a prove that things are starting to move forward, and the appointment of one Suzhou guy in the board of Prem, will make sure that money are not spent in other projects...Then again I am new of this stock and many here are skeptical of GR and the BoD...so maybe there is some true in it.
Just wondering is so much negativity is not maybe due to recent sp retrace and sentiments....

indeed I do understand that, This is why I am wondering why many on here are pointing fingers toward GR and BoD. If the company had not enough cash to do DD and produce DFS, how is possible for investors to ask questions about mining licenses...at this stage.

I am reading many conjectures on lack of developments for Prem
but hey was looking at the balance sheet, this company was almost broke till recent $12mil come in.
Indeed I don't suppose it never had $12mil in the bank ever...
Some do the mats valuing the company at .4p per share but imv it doesn't work like that...The $12mil will create value, therefore are worth much more than .4p pre share.
I am in based on been neat recent support levels, with the hope to see Jorc and DFS done by end of the year...again Atlantic Lithium market cap is more than 5 times that of Prem having done those milestones and if not mistaking they still have to do licensing permits...Also they will give away some 60% of the operation to Piedmont for $103 million investment but current market cap of Atl Lith is not $171 mil but much higher....
So mats calculations are not so straight forward...By the way a spodumene lithium operation for 200k/t production at $3000 profit a tone brings £450mil profit. I know it will take time, even if is a hard rock deposit and not brine, is going to be minimum 2 years and Prem will have to sell surely 50% of the project, but I wouldn't mind to partner with the Chinese, let them finance and possibly supervise the project, give them even 60% of the company, and still end up with £200mil profit in 3 years. If Jorc and DFS comes the end of the year will put Prem at say p1.2 or £240 mil market cap, by selling some 50% and getting finance for project construction, would place Prem on a forward PE of 2 for 2024.

not in defense of GR....I don't know much of the history of him and the company, but tbh
any question of mining license at this stage sound a bit ridiculous.
For start it doesn't depend from GR, so how could he answer on the subject...but before the mining license isn't suppose to happen all the necessary milestone like Jorc resources, DFS and many environmental and other permitting licenses?
Possibly I am wrong but is it not mining license one of the last thing ....

..more over I am looking at Atlantic Lithium and its 5 times bigger market cap than Prem.
Is this is what could happen to Prem once DFS is completed?

have to say grade is not fantastic at Zulu and talking about a DFS when Standard Jorc resource/reserve is not available yet is strange. I suppose it could be interpreted in a positive way as, Suzhou been desperate to get in on potential Lithium deposits. For the little research I have done, PREM seem to have lots of assets that support good fundamentals for the company compared to current market cap, but this could be also a negative because one would wonder why with so many assets the company sp is not higher? Is it the management so crap...Was reading about RHA project and Noble Resource offtake agreement, is it the same Noble Res. entangled with insolvency....what happened there....
I am invested in a couple of Lithium miners one been Sigma Lithium Res. (not ramping anything just for comparison) potentially once the DFS is done, the capex for a Lithium concentrate mine is not astronomical, some $100mil depending on many things of courseand the price of Lith Conc. is forecast to rise faster than Lithium Carbonate, hence it shouldn't be difficult to attract finances, not sure about the geographical location, but the Chinese seem to be doing well in Africa.
Is this company soo doomed that people talks about selling the Zulu project in stead of making it a mine?

just not sure about recent share issue and fund rise. Doing the mats it appear shares were issued at
around 51p (£/$=1.33) is it correct or I am missing something?

Surely there is going to be some profit taking after such a rise, but 100% ownership of operation is a game changer that goes beyond current asset valuation and should be see as now the potential to expand production as planned.
News now should turn from negative to positive with more catalyst news possibly coming from Togo.

not for fundamentals as right now production need to ramp up and market share to grow, but potential and management seems ok.
Also the Manganese project in Togo must be worth something? If reading correct has a already a Jorc resources done a PFS, and a metallurgic testing infrastructure able to produce some product. News of exploitation permit and financing/off taking could catapult the sp to multiples..
But even at current £7mil market cap it seems very undervalued on assets alone.

Without wanting to sound deramping I am trying to understand the ramification of sanctions, on Russian exports.
It does appear that many countries are willing to buy, whatever russian raw material the west is sanctioning. This implies lower prices on some commodities as the russian will be forced to sell at cheaper prices. After an initial price rise of many commodities export by russia, I wonder in med/long terms if there may actually become even cheaper than before.

Anyone on why the drop in prices toady?
