First of all Iron Ore is down a mere 2%, normal price adjustment and still up 100% from 1 year ago.
Be aware of these posters that make scary announcement, without backing their claim with links or proves.
Notice how these losers never reply to posts, and ask yourself why......

Vale numbers out market give it a lukewarm reception.

With Vale ADR sp near 10 years high and given that there was no huge dividend pay-out (as far as I know) is reasonable that the sp will hang at these levels....
Next out is Evraz result...
Have to say Fxpo in the last few days as greatly outperformed its peer, bodes well for H1.

Iron ore one of the few commodities which price revised up for 2022.
Fxpo sp is unstoppable these days outperforming its sector. looking forward to H1 on the 4th.

After yesterday engulfing candle, today one of the few miners in green. Opened in red and the bulls tuck it all the way to green, another strong sign. If I am correct tomorrow Rio and Vale will start the result season......lets see.

On PGM I am also in ZIM (AU) All similar undervalued socks like Slp.

Hi yes a mentioned many posts ago, been in the same region of Fxpo, while doing some researches on iron ore producers.
Is an interesting proposition with some great potential but many things have to fit in to place, for the sp to appreciate substantially.
At the moment the sp moves out of news flow and quite a lot, but they still have to find finance and offtake agreement for the project, and there will likely be some reduced interest on production.
Personally I decided to look at it only from a technical point of view, been the only metric available for analyses.
Indeed price is back to when I started to follow this share, but even if it just bounced back from 200ma support, is trading below 50ma which has become resistance. In absence of catalyst news it could go lower from here....Just IMO

.....have to say after this morning initial panic, most of the sellers must be out of the way. That Rhodium price has come down was a know fact, give it few days and sp should recover.

Agree with you, the way these results are presented and the wording used is very damaging to sp.
When results where out this time last year SLP had a PE of 5, today with these numbers Slp has PE of 4.5 and with today drop even lower, so very good value and sp should recover.
Assuming PGE prices remain constant, today SLP has $100mill more in the bank than last year and a PE lower, hence possibly 90p is the very bottom, could be a good entry.

All my 12 PGM stocks watchlist in green but SLP, confirming today was profit taking. Zimplat my other pgm up 4.4% with Q4 coming up the 30th of August, this is another values stock with a tiny PE of 3 or 4.
Today was Anglo American Platinum result day, up 6%, tomorrow is SLP turn....

I am hoping for going past recent high, with iron ore price staying at these levels.
For those interested in technical, today candles are very bullish.
A nice engulfing green candle is forming today which open lower than previous two days and hopefully will close above.....very bullish going forward.

at this iron ore price level, I doubt fxpo sp will reflect any price change below certain %. Think about it we are going to make £1billion in net profit this year, how material is a5% change in iron ore price going to be?
IMO right now the sp is connected to news flow and expectation, many positives are coming our way , culminating with 4th August Fxpo H1 and dividend declaration. Last year also there was a special dividend on week or so after H1 Results.

We hit the 50ma which from support has become resistance. With result out tomorrow sp becoming more volatile, last year Q4 we had a swing in sp of more than 20% possibly also due to MM trying to make a killing with huge spread.
Lets see what happens this time.

Just to point out, I have 12 pgm stocks on watch list, and this is how I group my watch list shares, by sector /commodity. But I am invested in 2 pgm stocks atm one is Slp the other Zimplat, Australia Market.
