This has always been about AZ and TAG trading their own company to be their own funder or just to make TAG money..

While taking out loaned shares agreement to camouflage the fact and use as a scapegoat.

Syme losing its start up tag never meant a thing.. why on earth would it?

We bought TF to get us past the auditors.

Because if AZ plan was to drop the SP all he had to do was explain why we hadn't started IMs because funders weren't convinced or because we needed to wait for the right legislation , pegno, something none of us had heard of back then.

A simple bit of honesty would of dropped us like a rock.. so why put us in debt ?

Besides, he could of got us a CLN without buying TF and there's any number of reasons he could of used to do so, if that were his main objective.

Then there's the fact we took a CLN to oay off the CLN.. while telling us they were investors..

He could of just stuck with the first one but they were selling down without regard to the SP.. so we took another CLN who were less aggressive.

So, again, I don't see gow your theory stacks up.

We've seen the opposite happen too and I'm pretty sure that's how they got Rtop from £1 to £3 with low free float, all so they could hand out shares to pay debts off and watch PIs mop em up as they sell them off

The idea isn't to scare investors into selling.. it's to manipulate the price , drive it down and buy back bigger amounts cheaper than it would of been..

You can see when it's happening because the sells are all under the price .

It's called spoofing.

It's a trading tactic which can only be done by large stake holders.

Hundreds of tiny ones though..

We've seen it before in both directions.

It's how they force the price down or up.

Only huge holders can do it..
