What? We were sold the investment based on expectations, expectations given to us by the CEO.

As in, he made a lot of statements and promises that never happened.

Here's some examples.

" We have lots of funders"

"We are buying a captive bank"

"We will have up to 8bn in funding over the next 4 years"

"We are close to completing a 300m tranche of inventory monetisation "

"Investors will be happy with our progress"

"We are ready to fly"

Anyone here could name a whole bunch of other things that havent materialised.

All that VS the reality..

We bought a companybwe didn't need, that's loss making, the cost of which was taking out multiple CLNs and driving the price into the ground.

On top of that we loaned out billions of shares to raise money that's seemingly just sat in TAGs bank account when it could of started the ball rolling on IMs years ago..

I could go on

Mistergreen, if you buy 5 shares and offer 20% over the ask and keep doing it then you can drive the price up so you can sell 4000 shares at a higher price than you did before. Especially when there's low liquidity.

Why would he wait? Its a concern to many shareholders and the other day he literally released an RNS of TVR for no reason at all

It's the people in the office doing the hard work, not AZ , so I don't think RTOP listing will change anything and it couldn't get worse , could it..

As for contacting the company.. apart from a couple if people who claim to be in communication with AZ, it's a total waste if time.

They just don't respond and AZ himself hasn't responded to email for 18 month..

AZ can't just kiss a company and funnel out it's funds to pay for his other responsibilities

It's got nothing tk do with syme and any money raised listing it will be spent on rtop.. that's the point of listing

Why is there's always someone coming up with an excuse as to why AZ hasn't followed through with his promises and that something is always just about to resolve??

A long while ago we took on 3 high net worth individuals " the investors" .. they , like us have had their investment decimated.. don't you think they'd of had AZ in court by now for fraud if AZ was just waiting for this charge to be settled..

Well from my standpoint, I want explanations as to all the things we haven't done and I mean real explanations , not the economy, covid and the war as excuses.

I want to know why they did the whole loaned shares deal and didn't invest a single bit of that into IMs, because back then they could of used that to IM a deal the same as our first one and we'd be years ahead of where we are now.

I want to know why they think it's OK to just not mention the returning of those loaned shares was two of the dates have come and gone and they've left us none the wiser as to what has happened or the method of return.

I want to know why AZ has his shares in multiple trading accounts and doesn't bother voting. That's not normal.

I want to know why if quadrivo were so prepared to back our captive bank with billions in finding , why are they not prepared to fund outside of that ?

That makes no sense .

I'd like to know why, if there's so much interest , does it take this long to put together an IM of higher value?

I don't expect news. But shareholders are owed real tangible explanations for failing to bring to fruition all the expected events and milestones over the last few years.
