I dont have much knowledge of NDAs or how they work but have been wondering has the recent increase in media announcements such as the proactive video and updated FAQs indicate that NDAs have came to an end.
If so, what would this tell us? Would an announcement be expected at the conclusion of an NDA?

My take from that interview is that they are in discussions with Jinchuan over a JV or sale but that they take super long in China to complete any deals.

You are preaching to the wrong people. Many of us have been here 10 years or more and have seen what happened yesterday happen numerous times.
We do however understand the fundamentals and the value of the company so some posters showing up and spouting nonsense will not change our opinions

Whilst the past while has been painful it is now clear to see what has been happening in the background.
Riverfort were needed to keep the lights on until we got to this point where govt funding seems a given. This is a complete game changer and the buy back of the riverfort equity swap confirms that we are now all systems go.

Just noticing the conversions from riverfort typically take 5-6 days to get admitted to trading. The shares of this recent equity raise are getting admitted in 3. Wonder if there is anything in that.

Riverfort are out and the fact the buyer has not been named must obviously be due to the NDA in place.

TDT riverfort had not converted for sometime, then as the price shot up their RNS suddenly lands. You would be quite naive to dispute that they forward sold. The volumes lately would make it difficult to off load such a substantial amount as they have converted.

I would assume that the rise yesterday was orchestrated by riverfort and they used it to forward sell their converted shares. There is no indication that the rise was due to anything else.

How much do we owe them now?
