What? They specifically name AMC. They state that the Chinese are investing in us. You seem to be a basher but I think this news is a bit too much for you to bash as it's pretty obvious what it means.

"The Russian side welcomes the attraction of investments from the People’s Republic of China". To me this is past tense, therefore an investment has been made.

Why havent they released an RNS if this news was public since start of December?

The poster on advfn who found it does not feel that derampers or the negative elements of these boards should benefit from the information contained in it. I agree with this. They are prepared to release it though to those posters, such as myself, who they have been able to verify from their posting history and the like, are genuine.

Henners, I think you are incorrect. The compensation sass if the licence was not awarded, not if AMC couldn't bring the project to production.

Just thinking on this more. What could a Strategic plan include? It could be said that a PFS is a detailed Strategic plan to production so could the Strategic plan they are talking about issuing basically be the executive summary they had previously stated would be released prior to release of the full PFS?
This could be an interesting document and sufficiently tide us over with enough information to satisfy shareholders until release of the full PFS. One can only hope.

What could be in a strategic plan? It would be nice if the release of this is tying in with Norlisk's update to its shareholders.

I assume it us because they are going to wait to put the new drill results into the PFS once they have been audited. It is possible that a company such as Norlisk wishes to see these prior to showing their hand but they could have told us this sooner rather than leaving us in limbo
