We appear to get an RNS issued every few weeks. Going on this basis we should be due another this coming week.
There have been no real share price enhancing RNS for aslong as I can remember but i believe there has to be something that happens soon that is positive for the company. The BOD cannot allow the price to drift lower constantly.
The 2018 results are still being withheld and there must be a reason for this but I cant understand why.
I loaded up with over 700k shares yesterday bringing my total to a life changing amount if this pays off.

As Crazytowner said in the other post, why would PIs all of a sudden started buying millions of shares. They had the opportunity to doso before the placing, so what reason for it now.

Surprising though TDT that the sp stayed so stable. Must be someone mopping up any shares sold. Cant see it being PIs.
At one point yesterday I did a dummy sell of all my shares, over 3 million of them, and got a quote to take the whole lot.

The company isnt about to go to the wall. We are now funded and I can see no reason why the TEO deadline cannot be met.
Why would the russian govt rescind the licence? Covid-19 is a force majeure. The Russian Govt would extend the TEO deadline under these circumstances. If they had wanted to take back the licence they could have done so before now.
A lot of scaremongering going on to relieve people of their shares.
I just wonder who intends to get rid of 75million shares in this market. Volumes are not high. Are they intending to hold them?

Do we expect the coronavirus to have an impact on the production of the TEO?
Is it not mainly a desktop study with the analysis of the various reports and information already obtained or do we foresee that current events will have an impact on us and push the date of production of the TEO back?

Totally agree. Had this not been the case we could potentially have went to the wall.
A recession is inevitable and a lot of AIM companies will likely fail as funding will contract. AMC are one of the companies though who are now well place to ride this out

I know it because that's what we obtained. Do you think the company would choose a funding option that was more dilutive than others available if they had an option?

I feel they would create a short term bounce but nothing sustained without a viable option to move forward, which the TEO will provide. The TEO being completed is more important that all else at the minute

We have nothing to mitigate the dilution with. It seems we are about to enter into a recessionary period so to be able to raise the funds we have at this point should now be seen as a positive.
The funds will get us through to the TEO where more options become available.
To me the dilution is a necessary evil and the way it has been done is as good as was possible for a company not producing any asset as yet

The discussions over dilution are a bit short sighted. Other similar companies such as EUA and Horizonte has billions of shares in issue to get to the DFS stage. If we can get there for a far lesser amount it is money well spent

A buy of 1.2 mill appears to account for this

I think it's the pigs getting their snouts in the trough ready for the next leg up.

Yeah the price has to increase for them to get them but I'm sure that wont be hard to manipulate. Why cant these be named.
