Why was there no rise with such a large volume traded?

Does anyone have any experience of companies who are in NDAs?
The news flow from the company is not what I would expect or what has previously been the case. Eg the FAQs have not been updated and the RNSs released appear to give the bare minimum information.
Was wondering if this would signify NDAs are potentially in place, hampering such news flow or is it just simply poor communication?

The TEO is ensuring no more bulls**t from the BOD. They have a deadline that at present must be met.
