Thanks TDT. But why do you think NRR signed up to a deal that looks amazing for us but not so amazing for them? Do you believe it was forced on them by Glencore?

Having read more about this deal and seen the various interviews I am now highly confident that we have made a massive step forward.
There are so many positives to this and I can't see any downsides. Its a total game changer.
The only thing I am cautious about is why this deal happened in the first place.
NRR seem to have given away so much for so little. I have always been of the belief is something seems to good to be true, it probably is.
Can anyone else enlighten me as to why NRR have needed to do this?

After all the bluster about investments and release of news spouted by Adam we appear to be in another period of radio silence.
So much news is due but as yet not being delivered.
Hope they aren't back to their old ways that they were before they required authority for the 1 billion shares. Very frustrating investment.

I think Plena will RNS they are drawing down the remaining warrants next week. I'm hoping these will have been forward sold, then it will allow the company to release news which will not be sold into and possibly an increasing SP.
The next news could be any of those things mentioned in the previous RNS regarding the off takes. I dont think a binding off take will be announced yet but I could be wrong.
I also don't think they will be announcing any up take in investments. Our SP is just too low to make this worthwhile and would be a waste of shares. I think they will ask for 500mill shares authority at the next AGM and knowing this has previously been authorised they will get it. So any investment could be after the AGM and release of TEO when hopefully the SP will have increased a good bit. But wtfdik

No, the completed TEO is due in Q4 but prior to that other news will be released containing information to be included in the TEO, including the info noloss stated

Whats wrong with the RNS? If there was ever any doubt of being funded to TEO, this removes it.

Now just sit tight and see how it unfolds. Lots happening and happening soon.
I think if any companies are thinking of purchasing us they soon may move quickly if Adam can pull a rabbit out of a hat and get us a stake in a producing asset.
I believe once that happens and we are no longer in the distressed position of having to constantly dilute, then any would be purchasers will have their hand forced to prevent us getting closer to production and a higher take over price.
