Adam not being reelected would not stop that. If, as you think, it was a concerted effort to destabilise the company by persons unknown who have a acquired a significant share of the company without any one knowing, who then stopped Adam's reelection so as to sabotage the deal with Glencore, they would obviously be aware that Adam being president wouldn't matter and he could still act for us as an advisor.

They more than likely wont even tell us if an extension has been approved going by past performance. Sure, they didn't even feel that requesting the extension was price sensitive therefore didn't advise the market of this.
Pretty poor corporate governance and potentially leaving themselves wide open for breaches of fiduciary duty although it doesn't appear that they care.

I disagree. They applied for the extension October but doesn't mean they knew they would need it.
Maybe they were being prudent to ensure the extension was submitted with plenty of time.
In the webinar Robin says they have the TEO prepared in draft form. So mustn't be long until its finalised

I never had a doubt that the TEO would be submitted by 1st of December. All indications are it is on track. It has just been the fact Crazytowner/hughez keep bringing up the possibility of it being delayed, I am unsure why they are doing this, that it appears to be being discussed
