My TA (total amatuer) view is that sentiment appears to have changed. Seems to be a sustained uptick on the bid side over the past few days

The RNS today released by EUA clearly shows that Russia is open for business and willing to accommodate firms of any nation to develop projects in their jurisdiction.
Like many I have been wondering what is going on but the TEO being released now or at year end makes no difference, most important thing is that it's bang on.
The EUA RNS, whilst obviously a completely different company, gives comfort that things are going on behind the scenes that we won't know about until they are announced.
