How is the company powerless, the shareholders aren't.
If someone wants to buy the company they have to buy the shares. If they offer to buy the shares for less that the shareholders believe they are worth the shareholders will reject the offer.
As TDT has stated already today, this isn't like Highland gold. The shares are held by pi's not major holders
TDT, I do respect your posts but on Redlee you are wrong. He was agenda driven. Seemed to be because they sold out at 2p to see it go to 16p a couple of days later.
Those naive enough to listen would likely have sold out. I don't appreciate derampers, which is what he/she is.
I think I remember it said along time ago that RY once said that there would be the period we have went through, were everything went quiet and after this is when things will ramp up.
Can't remember who said it, it was when they spoke to RY at one of the AGMs but it seems we are at that time now
Why would any of the large trades be sells. That makes no sense. It makes no sense for anyone to sell if the offer price is double that of today, that is throwing away money.
I would expect to see a continued rise to 6p in anticipation of the offer(s)
