Yes, this is massive news and is not being fully absorbed due to the fake funding news pushed by Tad.

The fact the TEO is submitted derisks us further. The share price dropped last year when the TEO wasnt submitted and people thought there was a real risk of losing the licence.

The TEO is a mandatory document required by Russian of which the licence is subject. Being submitted is MASSIVE news and this will be reflected in the share price in due course, no doubt.

Let's just all finally agree that Amur Tigers/Tad/QRR or whatever they call themselves this week, hasn't got a clue and anything they post should be disregarded.
