How is that ambiguous? They need to undertake due diligence to assess the investment and then they need to fund the investment if they decide to utilise it. What is ambiguous about that?

Thats a pretty good RNS. Thank god it wasn't a speeding ticket like we would normally have got. Think the SP will keep going now based on the fact news must be close on this. It can only be a positive to invest somewhere to gain capital. The investment presumably could always be sold so little risk of dilution

Black rhino I agree. The number of votes cast cannot be an accurate reflection, however, the reasons for the share increase were clearly stated in the RNS so I am more worried about this.
If they fail to keep to their promises in the RNS and instead we just get more of the same then I would like to see shareholders getting together to remove the BOD.
We have given them the benefit of the doubt so let's see if they are true to their word.

I wonder how many RNS' we get today? We will get the result of the vote but I wonder will something be announced straight after regarding the issuing of the shares if that vote is successful.
I would assume the passing of the resolutions is just a formality to entering any deals and that these deals are ready to go.
Could be a very interesting day.

If it's the same as before then I'm pretty sure at this point shareholders wouldnt accept it anymore.
I would say 10% of shareholders, myself included, would then call a further EGM to remove the BOD if it was seen that they are not using the shares as they intimated in the RNS.
However, hopefully that is not required and maybe this really is the end game and the start of an ever increasing SP

Hi Nick, we dont know what is there. As TDT has said the 2018 results havent been released and these should substantially increase the reserve.
I can see no reason for these not being released except at the request of a potential JV partner, so once one of those is announced I hope the 2018 results would be announced shortly after

This could have the potential to be the biggest week yet for the company.
If the resolutions pass it could be quite soon after that we see a JV being announced.
If there is an NDA in place it is likely been requested by any JV partner, therefore after one is announced we could see a massive increase in the reserve also, if the 2018 results are released imop

In fact, it makes me believe we arent in any NDAs but they are just using the answer in the Q&A RNS as a smokescreen to make shareholders believe they are and to entice people to purchase shares.
If they have previously RNS'd they are in NDAs then they have no reason why they cant say so again unless they arent.

This therefore makes a bit of a mockery of their answer in the Q&A RNS.
