I also hold AMC. It seems to be a basket case at the moment. The BOD are treating the shareholders like mushrooms.
It has the potential to be a very good share but the outstanding convertible loan is holding it back along with the poor performance of the bod.

There have been extended periods before where they havent converted. I would, however, have thought that had they concerns about the company they would be converting as much as possible before the lights went out.

I wonder if this coincides with NDAs being signed

In this RNS, the company have stated 'accessing'. As you can tell from your discussion with tad, this has a far greater meaning than 'assessing'. On the basis that the company have not issued a further RNS to change this position, I have now took up a further holding in the company based on the fact that they state they are 'accessing'.

Talk about an NDA is all speculation and diesnt help anyone.
If something is not RNS'd they it doesnt apply. All I see at the moment is a company who are treating their shareholders appallingly.
The NDA excuse has been used by certain shareholders for years now and allows the company to treat us like mushrooms.
If the next AGM is held in the UK, which will be doubtful given the way we have been treated, then action we must take otherwise as things are we could be diluted into oblivion or worse still see the co. shut up shop. Without information to the contrary that is all we can assume.

Thought we scrapped the DFS on the advice of Medea who stated the PFS was sufficient for our objectives. Were we not working on the DFS years ago and then halted this.

The lack of news flow is absolutely disgraceful. I would have said this is possibly due to an NDA being in place, however, the same thing happened last year and we went through a prolonged period of no news then and nothing came of it.
The withholding of the 2018 drill results cannot be legal. They obviously have these and something needs to be released.
I hold a lot of these shares and day and daily I see my equity erode. This is not good governance and we must have some recourse.

The difference now is the reason for the rise. It seems like there is something behind it. The company has not released any substantial news for months and it's now coming to a point where something has to give. I sense there is a lot going on the background and it will be out imminently. If you arent holding when news is released you could miss a life changing rise
