AVA6000 half life is circa 40% longer than conventional dox.

The initial distribution half-life of approximately 5 minutes suggests rapid tissue uptake of doxorubicin, while its slow elimination from tissues is reflected by a terminal half-life of 20 to 48 hours.

The CEO and lead scientists have categorically said AVA6000 has a longer half life than conventional dox (so remains in the blood stream for longer and therefore cleave in that time). In addition the biopsies taken 24 hours after dosing illustrate this, 100-1 ratios FFS and 24 hours after. It's almost embarrassing touk persists with this FUD

PreCISION is a platform and it's been proven to work in animal models and now in clinic. Yes 6103 a different beast but if/when proven in the clinic majors won't wait for P2 let alone P1B before wanting a piece. How many drugs have had comparable preclinical results or have had its IP alredy proven in the clinic. Either way, I suspect we have started a long overdue rerate. Come the conference in Oct we could have nearly trebled the PFS in SGC.

If 6103 enters the clinic in Q1 next year I believe there will be a buy out within 6 months of entering clinic or at the very least an offer is made.

Not get beyond P1 with Avacta running it as a major will acquire

Given the results in SGC so far expecting accelerated approval not far fetched so revenues not too distant and therefore the money will come and the BOD appoitments also make that more likely. Once money is there and 6103 in clinic my expecation is that several parties will want access to the data room and 6103 will not get beyond P1

Surely anyone expecting Avacta to realise profits and pay dividends are away with the fairies?! If the science continues to perform I suspect once 6103 MOA proven in human with biopsies and initial data Avacta will be acquired. 6103 could transform the treatment of solid tumours if preclinical performance translates to the clinic. No way a major doesn't buy the IP.

As of June 2025, Rembrand 's annual revenue reached $3.8M. To be fair they're relatively newly established and growth year on year is impressive but any MIRI shareholder wanting a minnow over an established giant is nuts. Seems to be that if MIRI can't increase its own revenues (cost base some £2.5m pa) it will delist and die and Rembrand will have simply bought their US clients. Rembrand should do okay out of the deal regardless. Should have a better idea if MIRI survives by autumn.

Come mid Oct the PFS could be at 45 weeks which is 3 times better than the benchmark in second line patients. Quite something. At the mo over double which is obviously already impressive and remember whilst being treated with FAP-dox they’d have suffered fewer side effects. Could be in for a transformational autumn.

As bad as the financials are they're in the past and can be improved. The issue is the amazing IP no one was interested in. Only a US start up understandably wanted MIRI's US clients/relationships. MIRI now doing bottom of the barrel manual insertions and burning cash which will surely run out within 9 months or so. Interesting how the pump and dump crew work with many posts on the way up and as soon as they dump it's tumbleweed and mugs are left holding shares at a higher price.

Defo can be money to be made trading this but it's pretty damning a minnow start up bought Mirriad's US arm rather than a major. Also clear programmatic wasn't even near for MIRI - Given rapid advancements in generative AI, Rembrand’s technology has also evolved from last year, now handling complex, physics-aware product placements without human intervention, such as automatically placing a wine bottle on a different surface.

My prediction is that MIRI within a year MIRI falls by the wayside and Rembrand runs off with their US clients. Good luck to those trading this.

The conmpany is certainly different from before in that it has ousted its awful CEO but on the down side there is no programmatic, the IP has little value (hence wasn't bought) and rather than sophisticated VPP they're simply (manually) dropping signage into scenes, no better than when they IPO'd way back when. The only thing of value is their client list which will be fully transferred to their JV partner once they run out of cash.

The benchmark for PFS in our setting is 15 weeks and given this is ongoing we are currently looking at 32 weeks which will hopefully be extended over the coming weeks. Given no SoC it’s exciting. Some theories around why the responses are so durable. See below
