Not sure they would use Dox. AVA6000 is there already as preCISION enabled Dox to dose with a PD-L1 inhibitor. I don’t think this would be viewed as major step forward

MMAE is currently used in combination with Keytruda in first line for bladder cancer (as ADC Padcev).

There are a number of other PD-L1 inhibitor/Keytruda combo trials with MMAE drugs ongoing too

Given reference to MMAE on company website, past history with Seagen + references to inhibitor. I lean to PD-L1 + MMAE, perhaps with $PFE as left field. Or maybe with $MRK

Current MMAE ADCs target NECTIN-4 or HER2, so FAP targeting would open up a realm of new target indications + commercial opportunity

Sp GSA has opened a 0/6% short (had to declare at 0.5%) which is small beans to them and only some 102m shares. The question is will they increase their short which will put pressure on the share price without buyers? GSA is algo based and some retail will follow their calls s it'll be interesting how this plays out. Am surprised they'd go short when the share price already depressed but I guess they see it going the same way as me. Zilch.

Yep interim report due before end of the month so it’ll be interesting to see if they provide any financial guidance and forward orders (not pipeline). Who knows they could turn it around and that could start before end of the month with a positive interim report.

You've confused yourself. I'm expressing an opinion which is itself is subjective so of course is not fact. What I will say if if MIRI had launched programmatic it would be material and subject to an RNS so my opinion seems to have a fair bit of substance. They have costs of £2.64m a year so will need to up the ante.

The H1 revenue was £100,000 (excluding the US) so less than £17,000 a month with costs of £220,000 a month so yeah they need some chunky contracts.

LOTM and 2Phevs were pumping this to high heaven before the 1.2p raise FFS and got people to invest then and now it's less than 1/100th of that so yeah having balance is important!

Exactly nocturnal, MIRI was still manually dropping placement in which is very basic stuff indeed and pretty much anyone could do so. Programmatic never happened and there is no talk of that now. Rembrand picked up their US business and unless there is a dramatic shift MIRI will either delist to save costs or go under beforehand.

Miri was all over LinkedIn ramping immaterial news and partnerships all the the time which led to LOTM and 2phevs to ramp incessantly and predict ludicrous revenue figures and LOTM put a long winded cowboy research note together that he proudly pushed all over the place and got many investing at over 1p. What matters are regulated RNSs, not guff on LinkedIn as the 2 clowns mentioned illustrated.

A golden cross looks more likely than not and what timing given we are ending the summer lull and the lead up to final P1a data reveal which will surely show super long term safety (no cardiotox issues) and we are seeing efficacy so surely a sustained move from the doldrums en route. With 6103 due to kick off early next year a substantial cash injection is needed so we should have an interesting end to the year and with recent appointments surely long term suffering holders will be feeling a lot better than they have done since the 50p raise
