LOTM It was pages and pages long and I could see so many LinkedIn posts and fantasy figures re deals it was beyond ludicrous.

If a Rembrand or BeinLabs were interested in buying MIRI and were going to it would be interesting but the fact is no one was interested to make an offer. AiM is full of tinpot PLCs so the fact one did hold discussions and due diligence but walked away is hardly positive.

The fact Mirriad had a team in India manually dropping in insertions as programmatic didn't work is beyond poor and no one wants the IP hence the JV is basically for their US clients. Mirriad will concentrate on RoW and drop basic inserts in which is far from sophisticated. A sham. Might be money to be made from trading but as I predicted huge dilution would be needed and lots of cash needed to pay off staff (I said £1m as 1/4 that to CEO) whereas you said programmatic rolled out and revenues on the up.

Anyway, the real shame is the CEO milked holders for millions and was bizarrely there at the end to take his 6 month pay off.

That's nonsense IMO. They had to delay due to needing 23 days between annual report being published and the AGM.

Either way the quarterly update will be rolled into the AGm update.

They can't just do a placing unless the placing is done at, at least 1p because that is the current nominal value of the shares. So they would need to call an EGM to alter the nominal value of the shares etc.

The above again illustrates that LOTM has learnt nothing from his Mirriad beating. If they get a placing away it'll be another discount and a resolution for more confetti will be passed or existing holders know their shares worthless.

A number of sales that will eek out the cash runway from July to Sept. So a number of sales to give them 2 months more. If that sounds promising that's a low bar.

LinkedIn contracts not subject to RNSs are immaterial so getting all worked up about them pointless. LOTM didn't learn from mirriad. There is likely to be a 7am RNS as we had a quarterly update on March 31 and we will get one on the day of the AGM so should expect an RNS.

Blimey they can’t raise cash for X and then weeks later do Y with the cash. They need to pay £900k to staff etc and then have £250k a month costs with very little revenue. The X talk is hilarious. The cash was raised to extend the runway and see if they can create a credible and sustainable business.

They have not altered the molecule so they are delivering an u changed dox and biopsies and OK show a lot of it. Half life has been extended. You understand P1 patients were heavily pretreated so had many prior lines of therapy so efficacy not expected as tumours refractory. They had other treatments ahead of having a max cumulative dose of dox as other treatments were deemed more likely to be effective. Get it?!

Thorn has shown his true colours. Pretty lame IMO. He's been banging on for months about 6000 having half-life issues so doesn't compare well wit conventional dox. In actual fact it's improved its half life so therapeutic window by 40-45%. Thorn can't simply admit he was wrong but still then posts more nonsense to confuse. Exatecan had a small therapeutic window due its short terminal half life and preCISION has enabled Avacta to extend this so some 4 fold with a sustained release mechanism which is why the preclinical results were second to none. CC doesn't want to sign a deal too early for 6103 as she believes the beast can be huge. They believe they'll sign a better 6000 deal in H2 once p1b data is emerging and again that makes sense. They may of course sign other deals for other cos to use preCISION to improve their own warheads targeting and efficacy.

But blimey the 100s of posts re half life and the joker has no integrity to admit he was either mistaken or had another agenda.

You've incorrectly said AVA6000 has a half-life issue and have said so today in 4 separate posts and I bet over the months approaching 3 figures. Do you think our CEO is lying to investors and of course her oncology peers? If not, move on to your next piece of FUD and possibly admit you're wrong.

touk i can't be ****d to trawl through and get the video where she explicitly says they didn't need to alter the 6000 half life as in actual fact it's longer than conventional dox. one of the scientists also explained this so no, i didn't hear what i wanted to hear.

quite ironic when some have been pushing that 6000 had an issue with its half life when this was cleared up by the actual scientists or more than one occasion. even if they hadn't come up and said this explicitly the biopsies were taken 24 hours after dosing and huge amounts remained in the tumours so given conventional dox's half-life it's quite something how good 6000 is. move onto funding fud as i'm not sure you're qualified to go through the pk data or am i.

Wyn CEOs can bend the truth and tell half lies (pun intended) but lying about data which is objective isn’t going to happen. She’d lose credibility as would her team who backed her up. When she says the 6000 half life is longer than conventional dox I believe her 100%. The 24 hour biopsies suggest so too.

What thorn is trying to say is 6000 clears faster than dox so has an issue. That’s not the case and in actual fact 6000 stays around longer than dox so continues cleaving longer than normal dox sticks around. I trust the CEO and her scientists aren’t lying. The biopsies certainly suggest they’re not
