If MIRI's partner failed to produce anything of note in the US and in the busiest period I can't see them upping the ante in H1. After all why bother when they know without a large hike in revenues MIRI willgo undewr and they can walk away with their clients.

So months cash left and we know H1 and Q1 the slowest period so unless things change markedly the question is will they get sufficient support when the begging bowl comes out?

Wyn with all due respect you don't know what you're talking about. SGC has no SoC becasue it's so hard to treat and like STS regulators and investigators look for PFS. Hence Dox is SoC for STS but has poor response and less than 20% partial or complete but the benchmark is PFS. They're smashing it in SGC and have more than doubled versus a first line setting and trebled in the same setting (pre-treated). The science is consistent and that's key, 100-1 ratio, fewer AEs and sustained PFS. Pharma aren't mug punters like us so I'm guessing we finally have positive commercial news in Jan. Also, we can target low FAP tumours too due to bystander effect.

Data is less than stellar?

Median PFS in a first line setting is 4-6 months FFS, so continuing the trend of doubling (in a pre-treated setting) is stellar. That’s obvious although some on here want CRs which is more than rare in this disease and even STS.

My bet is we have a deal close on 6000 (no idea if a geography or indication) and a dual payload. If I’m right I suspect the dual payload will be announced at JP Morgan

Given the P1a data was exceptional (PFS comparator was 15 weeks and we trebled it and more than doubled in a first line setting) and P1b showed it was not luck and had similar results she was surely happy with the data but yes she seemed flat. Little pooont speculating why but we should know come mid Jan as surely funding will be announced either by a deal or some other means. A deal has to be most likely.

They’re still targeting STS which has also had early signs of efficacy. Interesting to note that although dox SoC for STS less than 20% of tumours have meaningful shrinkage but it’s used as PFS better than other therapies. 6000 smashes SGC PFS in even first line setting when and I suspect the same will apply to normal dox in STs but SGC an even lower bar so made sense to focus there.

Doxorubicin Monotherapy: Single-agent doxorubicin typically yields objective response rates (complete responses plus partial responses) of 16% to 27%. A study specifically of doxorubicin monotherapy reported an 11% overall response rate, which included partial responses.

TNBC was chosen as it’s sensitive to dox and the trial results proved conclusively the MoA so a lot less dox in blood and lots more in tumour and zero incidents of cardio issues.

They haven’t altered dox that’s dumped in the TME as rhs molecule is the same but they proved they’re doing so a lot more safely and getting way above what’s required to kill cancer cells (as per the biopsy data).

Makes absolute sense to go for TNBC and surely no coincidence they dosed 2 weekly too.

My assumption is once there was zero cardiotox they decided to go after that indication as investigators would be a lot more keen to recommend. There are many young women who have long term issues so if you’re confident they’ll be no or very little chance of heart issues you’d much more likely recommend.

TNBC might’ve been the catalyst for the 2 weekly but also why not given the super specificity which the 6103 trial design illustrates. Certainly not because of half-life issues

TNBC is sensitive to dox and often used in combo which I believe is why they trialed 2 weekly dosing as used there. The no cardio tox huge too as is an issue with dox.

Seems pretty obvious the coordinated pump on been and on X was iffy and while mugs were buying they were big sells.

Given the superb preclinical results I expect investigators will be chomping st the not so recruitment will be fast. Screening takes a few weeks but I imagine this will start Feb for dosing in March. 3 doses and most animal models in remission.

Compare to soft tissue sarcoma. Standard doxorubicin has an ORR of just 18%, yet it’s been the first line SoC for decades because it stabilises disease & delivers PFS benefit. If we highlight ORR alone, dox wouldn’t be approved or used in STS. Learn why here

#AVCT has dosed double the number of SGC P1a patients since February 2025 (when P1b began).

Their data set is now 30 deep. More than sufficient for expedited approval.

They are demonstrating durable, sustained responses in an indication without a standard of care.

The safety is impeccable.

The benchmark (Licitra ESMO 2024) is just over 15 weeks.

Phase 1a has more than doubled this.

Phase 1b has beet cut at the point of beating the Licitra benchmark. Why do you think this is?

That’s a 30 patient cohort beating the benchmark in an indication without a standard of care.

27 patients demonstrated partial or minor responses or stable disease, resulting in a disease control rate of 90% across P1a&b.

This is the USP of preCISION in SGC: stabilisation of disease with prolonged PFS.

We need 10 from 19 to see disease progression to hit PFS in P1b.

How many of the 19 have seen disease progression?

Because if it’s 15 we’re close to finding PFS.

If it’s 5 we’re likely still a long way off.

All eyes on 10am for the detail.

That being said if ryff has to use Any of Mirriad’s IP in the process they’ll stand to make cash so who knows. Again, trading update early Jan should reveal
