There are any number of junior mining explorers who have just holes in the ground, and some grades which investors extrapolate into revenue. It is a fact that most will never produce anything commercial. (Not the same as saying you can't make any money on the sentiment). In CAFs case, buying a near production asset or some advanced exploration project lets us fast forward towards production revenue. This may be key, given the boom will likely last 3-4 years. In the case of lithium, some are even predicting a glut in the market by 2018-19, due to every explorer scrambling towards lithium tenements.
In other words, there is always only a small window to ride the boom, and these guys intend to. Just my two pence. Could be completely off. DYOR please. Good luck all
