I completely agree that skin in the game bestows confidence. And of course I think it's coming. Give the new team a little time people! Do you expect them to do everything in two weeks? Who knows what state of affairs existed, and how the strategy is changing. I get the feeling there is meaningful work happening behind the scenes. DL comes across as thorough, methodical and an astute man.

Infinity: Hilarious! We've had a new BOD for barely weeks and you are stating they haven't confidence in the company. Why would they join if they hadn't got a plan in place? PJ selling out = lack of confidence?!! That's just an opinion. Or BOD intentionally asked him to reduce his holding. Or he saw other opportunities like RGM etc which he's been twittering about. What's not to like about quick cash Anyways, if some were waiting for a lower entry point, I reckon its gone. Let's wait and watch this unfold....

The only issue now is how to get through the waiting...hit some booze :-)

Cannons: don't forget DL has never headed a mining company before, so he wouldn't take up a challenge of this type, unless he saw good opportunities. We are at a sweet spot in the mining cycle and these guys know it better than most. They have over 150 years combined experience in the industry, from every angle: institutiinal financing, mine building, production, resource estimation inc PEA/JORC, due dil for govts/financiers etc list goes on. You won't see that on too many boards.

Hawaii: this is slightly controversial. Some RNSs mention 6 months from Dec, some say from Jan after the in specie distribution etc. I do think this is shabby work on the part of the company, and hope the new board brings greater attention to detail.

Jolli: I feel the change in CEO and board changes and the calibre of those appointed, suggests big news coming. I feel it may be near production or producing assets which will be acquired, with institutional funds raised. I m not convinced the two assets announced so far fit in with the new board, and they are merely the prequel to the main event, the RTO, possibly more than one asset. The rerate from junior explorer to producer would be exciting IF it occurs. Just my two pence....DYOR as always

We have only a few more days of waiting....news on its way Imho. Exciting times

So PJ has sold about 4 million shares over the last few weeks. (Assuming he still owns just under 3% from original 8.94% holding) and to be fair, it hasn't rocked the boat that much downwards, likely prevented upward movement. Could any new directors have loaded up in same sale, remainder of March should be interesting.

I think there may have been some kind of deal, that PJ reduces his holding, when he leaves the CEO post. It would make no sense otherwise, to sell when news is imminent, even considering he made a profit. Owning 8-9 % of the company, effectively gave him a say in things, even if he left the BOD. The new BOD wants to do things their way. Just my two pence.

This is the perfect recipe to lose money. Move from one dropping share to another....it crystallises paper losses. Slowly chips away at the capital lump sum. I did it too previously. Back fires most times, for the average investor. Now I just stick with my paper losses, and wait patiently for the tide to turn. There's only a few weeks of waiting here. Good luck all

I would speculate that they worked backwards. They must have found an asset or two, built up a rather attractive looking plan, thought of a team where most have known each other and spoken to each of these people about coming together as a team to make it happen quickly. That's the only way these folks would have agreed to join a shell. They wouldn't want to be associated with a failed AIM minion. The architect must be DL. There simply isn't enough time going forwards to start looking. Just my two pence
