That's a fantastic find :)

Even although in the video text they spell it "Myraid" (I hope we've got copyright on that for the USA as well as Mirriad.

Looks like that guy is very tuned - in to what's happen seems very knowledgeable on the whole topic. Seems to do a lot of speaking on the topic.

Love the quote at the top of the video though

So Yes Dr Cooley bought stock yesterday & crossed the next % marker ie 7% and therefore is required to disclose his holding within 3 business days.

It just so happens he bought enough stock on the 30the to arrive at a holding of 8.25%

He then has to fill out the form & send it to the company. It then gets complicated by the fact CPX's office is in Australia!

Once CPX have it they then send it on to the RNS service. In this case the RNS came out mid morning.

I would say there is over a 50% chance of another RNS from Dr Cooley tomorrow, given where the share price was earlier today.

Well I'm looking at the trades from 11:19 they were at 0.083p, (spread listed as 0.080 - 0.084)

11:20 they were going through at 0.084p (spread listed as 0.081 - 0.084)

There is then well over 32M bought at 0.084 & 0.085 before 11:30 after that 11:31 its 0.086p the buys are going through at then 0.087p , back to 0.086, 0.085 before that trade went through. From 11:32 onwards the 0.086p & 0.085p are listed as sells as the spread is 0.084 - 0.09

So I'm sorry but there is very little chance indeed that, the 32M trade was a buy, 99% certain it was a sell given all of the above.

Look at the time stamp, the trade was at 11:36:11

You could ask yourself the same question from virtually the moment the stock returned to trading. The placing was at 0.1p so anyone selling below that price lost money & yet they did in droves & are still doing all the way down to 0.078

Who know's why they wanted to sell, maybe they needed the cash for something else

I don't know if it will help us or not, but so far all I can see is a very heavy top-down structure & that's a worry for me, who's actually going to do the physical work when you so many that are Team Leaders & above, its like the structure of a 100+ staff company not a 29 one.

Well Dr Cooley clearly did want more.

In fact he bought another 40M to take his holding from 200M shares up to 240M on 30th April.

Next question is did he add any more today before the RNS came out ?

Second question is how high does he want his interest in the company to go ?

I suppose you could say we're not expecting to hear anything later from Triplelift.

Whereas what we're hoping to hear from them in there presentation / talk, is how there agreement with Mirriad is going to work within "Programmatic" & how soon it will be generating revenue for both of us, as well as changing the ad landscape (but that's more a Content provider thing than a SSP one)

So something along those lines would be a bonus
