Can someone enlighten me on how you value a new company with little or no turnover or earnings at valuation of £62.8m? Will current shareholders have the right to buy the newly issued shares? What will the new shareholders price be when the market reopens with all these new billions shares?

Well.. that’s the end of this law firm that is now destined for the bin. And those lawyers that haven’t been poached or left : no future for them as they weren’t “wanted during the cruise”.

There is no justification in a 28+% markdown of the share price today. Someone trying to get the price down to bid on the cheap… ??

Saprophytes live off dead or decaying matter are important to the environment because they break down complex organic matter into simpler substances. Are you suggesting that MoS is dead and decaying and supporting Amtech’s postings as he is helping breaking down the complexity of MoS?

Hi.. no, haven’t sold any MoS shares (wrote them off mentally so the recent comeback is pleasing news)… ‘Other half’ chose hotel location as it doesn’t have a golf course…!! They have to make a budget at the highest price they paid for ant 1 share after they breach the 29.9% interest… You don’t have to accept…. (even if the Board recommend the offer). And they can’t compulsory acquire until they have 90%+ of the shareholding..

Hopefully, all our questions will be answered in 23 days time when they usually announce their Finals. Until then.. Happy Crimbo & enjoy the festive season…

Forget trying to get a grip on the comma y’s affairs : the reality is we have no news but someone thinks (and may be better informed than any of us) that the so is far too low and a great buy. Meanwhile we are all riding on the back of these share purchases that are holding up the sp. It was only a few weeks ago that everyone thought MoS was a dead duck; busted flush; cash sapping life style business.. now it’s going to be a Billion $ company. You had no value in the share price so: either sell if you are concerned; sell the cost of your original price leaving in the profit or continue to take the greed gamble and go for bust or billionaire. Whatever; please stop trying to educated opinions or non existent information.

It is very good news to see a buyer still creating demand.. and, when the buyer has bought to their limits : let’s hope the RNS with an update on trading and results will stabilise the share price at current levels. Onward and upward please.

There is no reason for this huge increase : no trading statement that could support it. So, someone now has faith in MoS.. ride the rise; ignore fundamentals and gossip . Sell if you are of a nervous disposition; sell some and take a profit leaving the rest in for a ride at nil cost; buy more shares … that is all you can do. Relish the fact there is a buyer out there with what seems to be an insatiable appetite for MoS. Good luck ..

Rule 31: “An AIM Company must ensure that each of the Directors accept full responsibility, collectively and individually, for its compliance with the AIM Rules“.

Shareholders have to notify the company that they have reached the threshold within 2 working days of achieving that shareholding.

The most interesting fact is that most AIM Companies, under their Continuing Obligations as part of their shares being admitted to trade by the Stock Exchange, must notify the public of any new developments that could cause a significant increase in their share price. This includes any new developments that are not public knowledge. So, either there is no new development that needs to be notified or an Announcement but very made very soon if this price rise continues for the next few days.

And now with todays announcement of a Block Listing of many more shares : there is further supply and a fall in the share price…!

Stock prices are dependent on the forces of supply and demand. If you're not familiar with these, it simply means that prices will rise when there are more buyers (demand) than sellers (supply). And they will fall when there are more sellers than buyers. It seems that there is more demand than supply :: simpels
