You’ve summed it up JP.. the problem us to find a White Knight business to rescue this … and why would someone want to reverse into an AIM company with dubious past when they could do it in their own right and have no previous “baggage”…
I would be surprised if Panmures can get a Cash Call/ Placing away that quickly .. they were only appointed a few days ago…!! The strike price would be a horrendous discount.. how many new shares are available for the Board a issue?
Your reply Hep got me asking the question “is there a market for NFT’s”.. and this was my research:
There has been some significant cooling off in the NFT market, according to BitcoinCasino.com, which says that interest in the market has dropped 76% year-on-year. The search volume dropped from a peak of 100 in April 2022 to just 24 in April 2023.
“The NFT market that was previously thriving is gradually becoming less active,” says Edith Reads, BitcoinCasino’s financial expert. “The Google search interest in NFTs has fallen by three-fourths over the past year suggesting that the past enthusiasm surrounding NFTs has decreased. This is likely caused by the combination of markets settling and investors being more cautious with their investments.”
The current NFT trend reflects investor interest shifting towards other cryptocurrency assets and sectors such as decentralised finance (DeFi) and gaming. The decline in NFT interest over time can also be attributed to the high prices paid for digital art which have led to questions about the value of NFTs and their sustainability.
Let’s have a deep discounted Rights Issue/Placing to buy W A Technology Group Ltd, which was a dormant company until a few months ago, for 40x prospective pe value… I’m sure they can number-Krunch the figures from thin air…🫣
Tim Scoffman’s https://watechnology.com/ seems to have pulled the rug from MoS….
Jabberba /… Why would anyone want to short a stock with a price of .08? I was fascinated by your comment on shorting the shares of MoS and wanted to know which idiotic financial hooligan broker would even consider that trade…
JP/ Why did Panmures accept the instruction? Are they there for a high fee to sort out the mess (rump)? I feel like a mushroom …”kept in the dark and fed with fertiliser”.. It will all come down to the financials. Time and again the BoD have missed all their forecasts … why would an investor buy in unless it was at a huge discount and in some way had a hold/charge over Krunch technology (Convertible Secured Loan Stock with a high coupon at say .03p conversion…?
What I can’t grasp is where you are going to find investors for a Placing when all the targets have been missed time and time again. I can only think that the discount will have to be huge and a financial investment instrument that gives the investor a lien on assets such as Krunch technology….
Good morning Toffeman123”.. brain in reasonable shape despite Rioja being consumed in copious quantities..! My questions are seeking fact (not expostulating fiction like buy : but : buy). The answers will either positive or negative. I hope this resolves your conundrum. The problem on this BB is that no one seems to be able to provide any answers to simple questions; nor fa tusk reasons why you should buy Shares in MoS… Regrettably, I fear the “Numbers” that will be released shortly (hopefully) won’t help us having the confidence that we truly know where the company is currently positioned for the future. But, Toffeman123, please enlighten us all with your considered opinion where the Company is headed; will it need a Placing / Rights and why; has this company turned into a lifestyle business for the few who took cash for Krunch and now are trying to get a business going (incidentally, exactly how important is Krunch to the intrinsic operation of the NFT business model). Guzzler asks a pertinent question about attendees at the recent meeting. If FedMex and the 2 Agencies didn’t attend then it’s a busted flush because it is of no consequential importance.
Good morning JP:: glad to be of service. Your postings indicate that you have strong views on the future successful performance of MoS. I have to presume this is from your own research and DD and not “Inside information”. Could I ask you what you think (guesstimate) the EBIT or EDITDA will be at the ye 2023 please and the probable increase/decrease in Shareholder funds? Thank you.
No JP :: Down at my villa in Marbella … late night with friends at the new Peruvian restaurant at Puento Romano … too hot for golf … so, it will be a late night tonight… rather than trying to get people to buy these shares with unfounded scare tactics - why not propose a discussion based on learned considerations. What do you think the EBITDA could be at year end?
JP :: I have never made any personal “attacks” against you. If all you can reply with is “bed-wetter” then, I regret, you have not participated in a sensible manner to this discussion and therefore I can’t take you seriously… and before you make any other derogatory personal comment : I was the Main Board Director of one of the oldest Merchant Banks responsible for Corporate Finance - so, by what I have read in your postings : I have more experience in 3 days at work than you have had in your lifetime, in these matters.
JP :: until the BoD make a statement regarding their financial position - and a significant statement about the future - it would be unwise to purchase any shares. There are large sellers out there, so we have to ask ourselves why this is happening: especially if these are management or “client” issues shares.. why are they dumping now? Caveat emptor..
