The are TR1 buyers of another share that I follow.. and, from my research, they are long term growth shareholders in “Special Situations” shares. Hopefully, they will be buying more loose stock..

Brilliant, we are ceding control of a company we own to an entity that has no trading record .. and now have the prospect of no market in these shares for up to 9 months. I have asked that the Board consider getting a matched-bargain house involved .. but as soon as there is a market I am unloading the lot.. I’ll even take Mexican pesos or Jumping Beans.. and if the deal doesn’t go ahead then, to quote Mr. Mannering.. “we are doomed”..

In an AIM (Alternative Investment Market) context, an AIM company's securities will be cancelled if they have been suspended from trading for six months. This is a standard rule on the AIM market, designed to protect investors and maintain market integrity according to the London Stock Exchange. If a company's securities are suspended and it fails to address the reasons for suspension within that six-month period, the securities will be cancelled

Much hope in the Statement to Shareholders: full of promise of cash generative trading and new customers such as large defence contractors, which could lead into long-term maintenance contracts. One solution is for the Directors, who know the prospects in greater detail, to make a cash offer for the shares & then delist. Those who wish to stay with the Company for the ride can do that & there will be significant savings in annual “Listing” costs.

A good set of results underpinning growth for the future : exemplified by the huge increase in the order book to £7.2m. Good acquisition. Still much more go with new product & markets and R&D. Not selling my shares.. let’s go for the ride on this one.

Dear Citi, I can but presume that your refusal to converse with me further is because you can’t answer my questions with facts or, at the very least, a reasoned assumption. I hope someone else on this Group will continue to ask you questions to which you seem, by your postings, to have the knowledge to answer. Citi: my “niggling feeling” comes from Rule 41 (which you will be an expert in) and no update as promised, by the Chairman in his to Shareholders on the 31st March 2025. So I presume he has 100% of nothing to say… We are well past the 50% time limit before the EGM document has to be issued.

Citi : Can you explain why we paid so much for `KrunchData’ and the accounts to June 2023 should cumulative losses of £273,679 and amounts falling in one year at £499,544? Current assets of £6,017. Total liabilities £220,649. These are FACTS Citi…

Citi : I am a long suffering shareholder having gone through the previous debacle into the new NFT is the game changer…! My comments and questions are based on experience in Corporate Finance at the Investment Bank side.. so I know what to look for; where the pitfalls are; and be able to judge if a good; modest or bad deal for shareholders. I have highlighted concerns and asked questions - none of which you can reply to except being abusive. I don’t wish to join the Telegraph Group but as you’re a Members perhaps you could enlighten us with their views. Currently, I have a niggling doubt that this stock will return from Suspension. Whatever we have invested in over the past few years to fund the development of their schemes and provide our taxed income to enable the purchase of a new company with no assets or customers (remember that?) - it’s now being given to a Mexican outfit that also has no trading record..! Citizens : from your comments you seem well connected through groups such as Telegram and your analytical finger is on the pulse…. PLEASE give us some FACTUAL detail that gives us hope & stop abusing us and suggesting we go elsewhere for information: we want your expertise please…

So Citi.. you now talk about Warrants and no doubt the effects of their conversion to dilute the Mexicans… how about how many shares will be issued to fund the deal and Placed into “ Friendly hands” contributing to the further dilution to existing shareholders. And I presume any Warrants won’t be offered to existing shareholders? Have you one single factual answer to any of the questions … or will you continue with denials and “do your own homework with TG…”?

So far Citi your reputation precedes you.. statements that you can’t back up with facts or informed substance. Sorry Citi but your credibility is blown.

Good morning Citi. I was hoping to read your views, in reply to my question “ what voting power, post the deal, will the Mexicans will have in the enlarged MoS ”. I know you’re a very busy person so this may help. Taking maths in its simplistic form and not accounting for the Placing going into friendly hands, the Tijuana Brass Band mob will hold 51.84% of the enlarged vote .. diluting us mortal long suffering shareholders out of sight; loose control and leave the Board and their votes in a weakened position. I and I am sure readers of your postings would welcome your considered views.

Please tell me why my reply is “uneducated waffle”… My comments are based from experience… but I bow down to your better judgement if you can explain why I am uneducated and my comments are waffle. I presume you are using the word “waffle” in your slang vernacular and not the dish made from leavened batter or dough.

Newtothis121 …… am I positive . It’s all in the detail; the dilution; the valuation; can we participate in the Placing; will there be more liquidity in the shares reflecting a better market for the shares, a smaller spread and a more realistic share price. If it ends up with the Mexicans controlling the Board or covertly through their enormous controlling shareholding in MoS, for their own “devices”… then I will be concerned.
