Big news ::: Big latest news ::: News flash /// No RNS or big news that JP said was coming. He seems to be acting like City did trying to tell us he had the ear of the Board and knows the inside track. What a load of *******s.
BUT this missed press piece is interesting if it is suggesting that NFT’s can be Listed and Traded similar to a Stock or Share on any Stock Exchange:-
Through this collaboration, Coinstreet and GSX Group will explore the optimal jurisdiction in Asia to enable CSX to set up a fully-compliant trading platform for Tokenized Assets and Digitized Securities (TADS). CSX's vision is to build the next-generation financial marketplace with on-chain settlement and registry solutions to reduce costs and increase efficiencies for issuers, investors and market participants everywhere.
I understand your point of view Guzzler but I was in Corporate Finance in the city and it’s who you know as well as what you know. There is an audit trail that needs to be investigated as the SE cannot allow its reputation and probity to be further eroded by turning a blind eye to what has happened (AIM or Full Listing). The NOMAD also need to consider their position. As I said earlier:: I intend to pursue this matter directly with the Regulators when I return to the U.K. next week.
The problem isn’t that City was using aliases (he not the first and won’t be the last). The problem is what he has said; his influence as a TR1 shareholder; his alluded to relationship with the Board and market confidential information he may have used to his benefit or the Boards benefit to get a Placing away at an inflated price. These are just some of the concerns including something that happened when they seized control (I have been contacted and seen a copy of a complaint to the Regulators). I am now of the opinion that there should be a suspension of the shares until a full investigation can be concluded by either the Regulator and/or lawyers. What a can of worms has been opened but, now, perhaps the share price will be at a level that reflects the true position of the company. We just have to wait for the RNS, which should be out very soon.
