It won’t be long, at this buying rate, for the buyer to make an announcement of their holding in MoS. It’s at that point, when the identity is disclosed, that we can start to have a rational discussion of what is going on. In the meantime someone is offloading a load of shares …?

With all these shares being bought : someone has to make an announcement about their holding.

We need to know who is actually the beneficial owner of these new shares.. is it former Krunch owners; the Mexicans .. ? It makes a big difference and MoS should be seeking to identify the beneficial owner. We than access the prospects and probity of the investment as I find it hard to believe that someone has made such a huge investment without some ulterior motive or inside information.

The problem is that the architect and controller of the “5hitt show” is still there peddling his wares… and who is behind the yesterday’s investment?

Morning “ CoffeCups”.. yes I am looking at the pack the Shareholders have been dealt :: entry into business sectors that have all faded into the ether; money to buy out shareholders (Krunch); dilution beyond belief; collapsing share price that has gone down quicker than the Titanic and all presided over by ME who is still in charge if the cheque-book…!

ICAM is an investment advisory company advising Family Offices and Wealthy Clients. They are not an investment or private equity investment company as we know. So, WHO have they bought this shareholding for? Whose money is behind this investment?

Yet another “rise from the ashes” story… even Peterhouse must start to think this fairer story has an ending … and with Goodfellow gone will they want to participate again? I think that source of funding has dried up.

Whilst there may be no direct link between Charles Goodfellow and Ignite or Ingnitemat.. there is a link that needs to be explained. The link is this: Goodfellow resigned from MoS on the 30th June but became sole Director of DesMoS Capital Partners 3 days earlier on the 27th June. And what do they have in common: Companies House has 134 Iffley Road, London, United Kingdom, W6 0PE as the Correspondence address for both MoS and DesMoS Capital. 🤔

Dentist, excuse the pun but you have drilled it down to the bone. Always jam tomorrow. The on-line betting game started long before MoS even had the idea. The big boys are already well placed in any market that has a future. MoS has now invested our money as a minority shareholder into some Mexican enterprise… at a late stage in the cycle. My concern is the recent resignation of Charles Goodfellow… rats leaving a sinking ship springs to mind…? “devote more time to other business interests…” = I’m out of here faster than you can blink… Let’s hope ME will be more transparent and issue a Trading Statement soon.

Now the year end has passed (30th June) can we expect a Trading Update or do we have to wait, as we did last year, to the end of December?
