Good evening City. The chance of getting to break even is slim but if I had the opportunity to get out at b/e… I would be onto my Brokers asap (I expect many other longer term shareholders probably would like to get out at b/e and invest in a different company.). After this debacle I am happy to sell my shares and the gazillions of capital gains to someone else.

Broker Option only raises 25% of the £100,000 target (presumably just a portion of their fees) 🤣

My guess TechnoInvest is that you have a line of info from someone in the Co or , based on past performance of the Management , you are seriously deluded .. whatever amount is raised will be frittered away to “friendly” clients & stakeholders…

Further market reaction today .. down another 5.5%.. The market has loads of confidence in the management; the Board and the business .. (sorry, I thought it was April Fools day today)..

Where’s TechInvest with his “supportive” comments? Help :: we need your views to get the share price back to where it was 24 hours ago…

The market reaction says it all -on this successful Placing and Peterhouse back the market dumps the share price by 10%.

TechnoInvest :: no one wants collapse .. they want success.. so, we all wait patiently (except those who have given up and sold, which depresses the share price) for performance (income, pbt; ebitda) that can be independently verified.

Where are you TechnoInvest ..? Share price collapse during last 48 hours … we need your comments to try and stop the “reverse rally”.

5.53 Billion shares in issue .. dramatic profits will have to be achieved just to pay a dividend of 1p. As far as using this company as a “shell”… that’s never going to happen.

Good afternoon TechnoInvest. You say that you’re a novice investor and new to MoS; but you have an amazing grasp of past history and a near sycophantic defence of ME. I just don’t believe you are what you say .. more, I think you may be a”plant” on this web site to defend any criticism lobbied against ME; the Board and the Company. You’ve told us how many shares you’ve bought and when, so an inspection of the share register will tell us who you really are…and if my assumptions are incorrect then I will be the first to apologise.. No doubt you’re aware of the consequences of seeking to manipulate a share price using BB’s. I’m not back in the U.K. until end of March …Just remember, there are many people on this BB who have lived through the whole history and trauma and are very astute in the ways Comoanies are run :: they are clever principal investors…

Hi TechnoInvest. Petards (PET) is now up 36% today and has been steadily climbing since I suggested it late last year (if memory serves me correct). Everyone has their own investment strategy and some may have dumped part or all of their MoS interest at a loss and made serious gains with PET.. Will any of us ever see solid gains like this… I’d love to see the day when MoS, over a period of a few months, increased their share price by 50+%. You are absolutely correct - do your own DD; invest on your own judgement and don’t rely on anybody else’s research or ramping…. Proof of anyone’s comment is in the performance…. Have a nice day.

Remember my suggestion, if you wanted out of MoS, to look at PET.. up 23% today and still some way to go imo. Worth doing some DD… to claw back MoS losses..

Good morning TechnoInvest… I am getting a bit concerned by your comments. They all seem to be based on “new investor”.. and “no expert on this stuff” .. “educated guess would be something positive on the betting side..”. Every time a seasoned investor comments based on past experience and performance .. you counter with an upbeat ‘innocent investor’ comment. The truth is TechnoInvest, that the management of this company has acted appallingly; demolished investors value and has so many side deals that MoS seems to be piggy bank for all his mates private companies. It’s going to take allot for any original investor to have any trust or confidence in any of the Board …. And anyone that seems to be part of the cabal.

It’s called “a can of worms”…

If TS wants a “Listing” through Mos it will be a reverse as TS will have a substantial greater value than the MoS rump. For this to happen the process requires the same resources as if TS was going to List itself as a brand new entity. I can see TS picking up some of the MoS bones and if it is successful then a Listing in the States would have greater traction. Don’t hold onto your hopes of TS being a Knight in Shining Armour. He’s done Seagull management on MoS before… the problem is that we, as shareholders, don’t have the voting power to remove the problem = ME.

Technoinvest seems like MoS in disguise..???

Pity ME wasn’t replaced by TS some time ago…

The day after the AGM; meet and greet and chat with the Board; listen to their diatribe; buzz in the room as shareholders chat about the future and prospects …. and the following day = £86.60 of “Buys”. That speaks volumes.
