Only a couple of days to wait before H&T's Scheme Document is due out.

Presumably - amongst other things - this will set out their bid timetable.

As things stand, just over 2% separates the FirstCash deal (650p) from H&T's current share price. If the timetable to completion is relatively short, some may consider it worth adding now to gain the extra 2%+ in a month ot two's time. But of course that 2% reflects the perceived risk (low, yet feasible) that something crops up in the meantime to derail the whole process.

I might just be prepared to take that risk, but will wait to see the timetable first.

PizzaGate - the SP has been on a downward trend ever since Opti’s 14p placing on 23 May. Prior to this, it had been trading quite steadily & for some time at or above the 18p mark.

All those posters bemoaning Opti for funding itself through SBTX share sales should perhaps reflect on this. Though I somehow doubt they will.

As for Microsalt's "huge jump today". Well, at the time of writing it's +4.07%. I've seen pet hamsters jump higher than that.

2. Re: Microsalt: Ignoring admin expenses for a moment - & whether these were largely one-offs or not - revenue was £750k, yet cost of sales was £1.188m. On that basis, even if they could get admin expenses down to zero (which ain't ever gonna happen by a long way), they'd be losing money on every sale.

Admittedly, they've said gross margins should improve going forward, with the emphasis moving from B2C to higher margin bulk sales. But even assuming 2025 revenues hit £2.5m as forecast and gross margins improve, once you factor in the ongoing admin expenses, SALT will still be loss-making.

With yet another placing announced today, any confidence in TEK’s management is grossly misplaced.

We are 5/12 of the year gone - time’s slipping away to deliver.

Skid - I don’t think that’s entirely fair.

His latest podcast update alluded to sales taking much longer to come through than he’d previously expected & guided.

So there was an element of apology & admission there.

I may be wrong, but personally I don’t see SOH as a deliberate deceiver. More hugely optimistic on how quickly large commercial customers operate. And naive to believe some of the sales projections our earlier (smaller) customers cobbled together.

Things have got to start looking better pretty quickly now if investors are to keep the faith. The signs are more promising and I suspect this year’s figures will show a big improvement. But I still wouldn’t bet the house on a major upwards re-rate just yet.

That's as maybe. But as I said before, AIM still has IHT advantages for UK holders. Plus it's far easier & cheaper for UK-based investors to trade on AIM than OTCQB.
