Adyan - certainly a promising start to 2026.

As you allude to, we’re finally getting an update with some concrete figures. For way too long, sales growth was given in riddles - e.g. H1 represents a 48% increase on last year’s H2, multiplied by SOH’s inside leg divided by the number of RNS’s issued over the past decade.

Now we get a proper revenue figure with a guarantee it’ll all be “banked” in this FY’s accounts. Propped up by contractual commitments, so customers can’t backtrack.

Wozzer - the key thing you overlook is that each time one of Tek’s holdings does a raise, Tek is diluted. And so is its value.

Being early stage, the holding companies will inevitably require further funding.

Tek’s fundamental error has always been its inability to let go at IPO stage & crystallise some shareholder value BEFORE the inevitable dilutions.

So the consensus seems to be IMM is worth somewhere between 0.75p & £25.00.

Yup, I’d go along with that. Probably towards the lower end of estimates.

History’s shown nothing of the sort with TEK. But sure, it’ll all be different this time.

Looking at Opti’s long term SP history, I very much doubt 7p will be this year’s high.

After past significant falls, something has always come along to re-inject investor confidence (albeit temporarily!). And that’s normally led to a doubling or more of the SP from its previous low. Look at the 3 & 5 year SP chart if you don’t believe me.

Triggers this time could be continued decent sales from Morepen / Iovate / Amazon. Or - finally - some positive Sweetbiotix news.

I suspect we’re in for a decent year here. Possibly even something spectacular.

There was a legal wrangling between SOH & the subsequent buyer of his previous company.

It hinged around whether the buyer had deliberately run it down &/or badly to monimise future kickback payments to SOH.

From memory, SOH largely lost the argument but was awarded a small ex-gratia payment though I could be wrong.

Ultimately, the conclusion was he'd valued the company's potential higher than reality warranted. Hmm, now where have we heard that since?

Whilst Hamilton’s take on things seems unduly negative to me, he’s right to highlight delays compared to company guidance just a few months ago.

Ultimately this won’t concern LTHs unduly, providing it’s not indicative of production issues that are as yet unannounced.

The recent SP trajectory suggests a few nagging investor doubts, but as yet nothing TOO concerning.

I’m not interested in ANY of Tim’s updates with perma tan, gleaming white teeth moronic presenters. Never have been.

The only thing that’d benefit investors long term is an RNS announcing a significant deal. And by “significant” I mean NOT some five bob milestone partnership with an unheard of third party.

Of course there won’t be “news over the weekend in the press”.

There’s unlikely to be any press speculation yet either. An RNS first, then media follow up. Assuming there’s even anything to report.

I'd assume the exact opposite until it's confirmed via RNS or X.

Forget my stamp duty comment below, as that doesn't apply with Aim shares. But the spread does still.

Makingmillions - forgive me if I'm wrong, but given the spread (not to mention 0.5% stamp duty on repurchase + potentially dealing commission), I'd be amazed if you could have sold & rebought same day at a profit, when intraday SP typically isn't that volatile.

FS - agreed.

Anyone paying the slightest attention to Elric or TW (let alone payiing for their content) only has themselves to blame when things go t(w)its up.

Drip feeding the market may not be the best approach.

But as you yourself say, once you start down this path, it’s dangerous to stop.

Potential, yes. But equally, we need reminding of Tim’s repeated habit of failing to deliver anything he commits to.

FS - Given his age & his family's stake in Opti, SOH has far more incentive to boost the SP than simply to carry on drawing a salary for the next N years.

Admittedly he can't lose either way. But he'd win far bigger if he managed to boost revenues enough to make the company sustainably profitable.

And the most obvious way to do that is if we eventually manage a breakthrough with Sweetbiotix.

I agree it looks odd. Unless they don't think the main course IS actually about to be dished up.

We have been waiting since the summer after all. Perhaps Bo never specified 2025 - just summer!?

Roger65 - the latest RNS was totally unnecessary.

I recall some peeps getting all excited this time last year when he posted something similar. And look where that got us.

He might as well have said the three of them were off on a winter cruise for a while.

Jockmartin - as always, a lot still hinges on a Sweet deal finally materialising.

But sales from its larger partners seemed to be going better and there'll be another £100k licence payment hitting in the next set of results.

I still think any short term downwards pressure is largely down to TW's lemming-like disciples following his disposal. So best ignored.
