TopCatz - time to have done it would have been at IPO stage, building it into the float perspectus. I know some have argued this would have reduced the amount they could have raised at IPO. But value destruction happened ANYWAY with Bell & Lucy post-IPO. And because there were no stake sales at the time, TEK's own price has simply drifted lower & lower. Because of this, I can't see TEK breaching 20p, even with the scenario you outline. Simply because there's currently zero transparency for investors on how any value in any of the holdings would be realised & redistributed. Bit like owning any big asset, without having a single mechanism or strategy in place to sell it. You may still think it's worth a lot, but nobody else will, because there's no chance of it being sold any time soon. So no easy way to gauge its true worth.
