From experience of doing similar deal (albeit in different industry), if I'm fully financing another company to develop a project and taking the full risk on that, then I'm going to expect a profit share of at least 70/30 in my favour. If you discount the cash flows/dividends too at a realistic rate the headline value will also significantly decrease. Regardless, there is still potential for good upside here. Just it may take a while to materialise

Sure, I can see that page but it's not listed on the official NEX exchange page, nor is it stated on the Europa Metals website, Europa Metals annual report that the shares trade on NEX...

15% spread on this this morning with the bid at 0.017 and ask at 0.020. is that normal?

Hi Intrepid! I'd love to agree with you and in the long term you may well be right but there is still a lot of risk here. It also seems there have been quite a few reasonable sized sells in the £5-10k range (compared to normal trade sizes) but not many big buys. To me it looks like investors are taking profits after the recent placing but lets hope the team keep up the good work and that we start to see some results in revenue increases. After all, esports are rapidly gaining in popularity!

Guys I think it's unlikely the project will be sold based on the interviews that I have listened to recently. It seems the projet is LR's baby and he wants to fully develop it perhaps in the form of a JV. Given the current situation, it is not a favourable time to be working on a sale process. Any buyer will expect a cut price deal and without competition we will not get a fair price. Probably better to do everything possible to progress the project in the meantime and sale when economic conditions are more favourable or there is greater stability.

Sure, I understand that you consider it to be 'priced in' (assume you mean the current share price reflects the new shares to be released/that have been released) but I wondered whether the new shares are tradable yet?

Do we know if the new shares came onto the market today?

Quite a few large sells based on this news! Seems like people are taking the opportunity to get out

To be honest, the more concerning aspect is the director salaries. Laurence Read is on 75k a year and has about 5 current jobs listed on his linkedin profil so maybe he is just here to raise new shares and earn an easy income. Myles Campion is on 100k a year and again has several current jobs. This doesn't even include share options they award themselves. They absolutely must cut these in the current climate when the company only has around 750k of cash remaining.

Where is the incentive to sell the project if it is already a very good money earner and the directors may be distracted by their other endeavours?
