Very good presentation by Simon Tucker this morning - clear outline of the business to those new to this company so I would very much recommend it. The future looks bright!

You say this and I'm inclined to agree but the one remaining hope is the a few well known funds continue to hold. Very very disappointed with the board however selling a large proportion of their shares like that

Gfinity's end of year is coming up on 30 June. After announcement in March that:

'the start of the second half of this financial year has not seen commercial opportunities materialise as expected, and discussions around strategic partnerships have also not progressed as quickly as anticipated'

do we think the company has done enough recently to bring itself back? The recent partnerships RNS's have been very positive and high profile but not been accompanied by any number. Also cancellation of a number of events due to COVID-19 may have an impact or do we think gaming during this period may offset this?

Nice to see Ceres detach from ITM today. In my opinion this seems by far the better run company out of the two. The share price may be bit more 'slow and steady'!!! compares to ITM and less about the endless marketing churning out news item after news item but it has a very real product and far higher revenues for a relatively similar market cap.

So did the person with the 100m sell yesterday have advance notice of this? Very suspicious

The bid price for two of the market makers has now dropped to 0.011 don't be surprised if we end there by the end of day. The sells keep coming

Over 105 million shares have been sold today too but yet that's around £15k in value. Crazy numbers which is why in a way makes sense to consolidate

Tried to sell my shares just now and can't get a live price even on a very small amount. Clearly a lot of volatility in price today

It sounds a bit dangerous, no? "The Directors unanimously recommend that Shareholders vote in favour of Resolution 11 as whilst the Company is developing its assets and not generating revenue, it will give the Company additional flexibility in raising further capital as and when required." So basically they can issue 50% more shares at a minimum price of 80% of the market value. Clearly they have woken up that they need more money but will maybe do this via a strategic investment

@Ezhik not surprised the reaction has been slow. There are regularly lots of large sells as soon as an RNS hits. It appears there is a/some large sellers trying to get out. Revenues are also of course very important and that is key bit of info that every RNS seems to miss. I'm sure we will get an update soon as these partnerships are a great foundation for future

Just quick question about the secondary listing on NEX or Aquis as it is now called. Does anyone know how you can buy shares of Ariana via NEX and whether price is usually the same as on AIM? There seems to be limited info available about this. Results day should also be interesting for Ariana. They should be released very soon I would think?

You guys are going to be so excite when we finally get an RNS! I would be against a full sale at this point in time. I don't think that is best way to realise value in the current market as we wouldn't get a good price. For all those who want a sale, would you propose to reinvest the proceeds or completely distribute and shut down the company? Maybe it is your get rich quick idea but I am prepared to be patient and let this one slowly develop. As long as Laurence can demonstrate we making solid progress and releases a few positive news updates over the next year to confirm this (e.g. renewal of permits, community buy-in/approvals), then I'm more inclined for the jointe venture approach.

Promising RNS but I would have liked to see some more mention on the impact to revenues. I still think there are lot of seller here after the recent placing but if the company keeps agreeing good partnerships and deals then there's plenty of promise in the longer term as this is a rapidly growing industry

If only they had signed up Cristiano to do the event! It would be good to see some actual numbers but I guess we will have to wait for that

Dumping of GFIN shares is continuing today. I'm still convinced this is people taking profits from the placing

I'm quite new here but wondered whether anyone has tried to put together a valuation for Ariana if the deal mentioned in the MoU goes ahead? From my understanding Ariana will get around $30m plus then be entitled to a share of the revenues. With the market cap currently at £33m, surely this should be very positive for the share price in the future, especially with gold prices rising recently?
