RE: Trufin price is baffling7 Feb 2025 08:38
After a very frustrating experience owning these a few years ago (and getting caught out in the Justin Waite excitement) I'm back again as the company seems in a much more solid position.
Fundamentally, sales of £54m expected for the past year (as per trading update), so conservatively valuing on 2x sales would give a valuation of £108m or 120p per share. Noting the fact there's around £14m cash and they've finally hit profitability shows there could be some quite good upside here.
From a charting/technical perspective, 100p has historically been a solid resistance level, so if Trufin breaks above that who knows how high it could go, this is AIM after all!
Anyone know what the plans are for the spare cash?
