I guess you could look at the forecasts and try to predict when a dividend may be appropriate based on this:

The way this company has been run by Tang is an absolute disgrace. He has been a scandal since taking over and has just milked the company and not rewarded the shareholders

Alfa just FYI an 80 MW lithium ion battery storage system would cost £40 million to build in the UK. Can Bushveld compete with this? Is the tender fit enough for a Tesla or BYD or Samsung just to come in and sweep away the Bushveld? How is the tender being judged and what is the criteria for winning? Do you need a significant track record of deployment for example?

Is anyone on this board capable of posting a sensible message and can someone tell me when Q2 production results may be due? It seems they are overdue?

Looking at the trading history today it looks as if over 1 million shares have been unloaded - it almost feels like an institutional investor getting out with those quantities. Quite big impact on the share price too

Did anyone else spot the huge number of sells triggered at 14p? It was impossible to sell once we hit 14p. Hopefully all those orders are gone now but we do have slight price drop because of it

Results are out and I've got to say the Chairman's Statement is excellent! Something that we can all learn from. He also mention a potential future dividend. Exciting times ahead

5.9p. A 100k trade has just gone through at 5.5p in the auction

I tried a dummy sell and quoted 5.11. Maximum I could buy was 15,000 shares.

@Bobby - a 100k buy is roughly equivalent to £5.5k. 5.5p x 100,000 will get you there (share price * number shares sold)

Or if you want to talk old shares and prices simply divide by 500 for the price and multiply by 500 for the number of shares.

So 50 million shares at a price of 0.011p per share

Out of interest which broker do you use to buy on JSE?

The South Africa trading is very interesting. I research a bit and found in the annual report that 83% of listed securities are on AIM. Presumably the rest are on JSE? This would give just under 6 million shares on JSE (post consolidation). Also assuming that the JSE shares were consolidated 500:1.

So 50 million volume in 2 days means that the shares have turned over almost 10x. This makes me think perhaps some options have been converted, additional shares have been issued if that is even possible or that it is even a flaw in data due to the consolidation?

The price is also shown as 0.52R which is equivalent to 2.5p sterling so about half the price the UK shares are listed at if we take Friday close price of 5p.

Does anyone know of any better sources of data for JSE? I may do more research and feed back to you guy

The current market cap is £1.65m - if there is even a tiny shred of hope this project can be worth something/mined/sold/whatever then surely that is set to soar?
