YOU related the large family shareholding (which has always had) along with a LOW shares price with a delisting.
To state the above can only mean that because of a low share price the family could buy out shareholders, otherwise WHY mention the family shareholding and WHY mention a low share price.
A delisting from the London stock exchange would be for shareholders to decide and has no relationship to the family shareholding and share price. UNDERSTAND?
If a resolution was put forward to shareholders by a London listed company to de list, then at least 75% of shareholders would need to be in favour - simple
