no they have paid 2p - pre paid warrant as implied by the name would have paid all or very nearly all of the 2p per share upfront.

It would be more than a bit naughty if the people paying 2p for the new shares were behind the two very similar sponsored adverts that appeared to have been timed for the notice of exercising the warrants. They obviously would want the stock pumped in order to have the option to take a good exit price - currently a 24 bagger.

It obviously looked like a number of investors sold from the high point on Friday because of not knowing the consequences of the known about extra shares on price per share, and others may have sold simply with a view that the holders of the new shares may wish to sell them asap. After all they would have paid only 2p (post consolidation) per share - a 24 bagger based on Fridays closing price

In order to maintain at least a 48p price per share then obviously the market would have to value MET1 at over £43 million come Monday.

It seems a number of sites are having trouble keeping up with the pace of new shares and therefore reporting market cap at about £21 million as I posted myself , but looking at the MET1 rns there were about 70 million shares before Mondays increase making Friday's market cap nearer to £35 million. So about a 30% increase in shares in issue on Monday

It could be at any new level on Monday morning. What I am getting at is that extra shares are not by way of a share split or rights issue where a new price could be calculated in the way you did, but they are via warrants, which therefore affect percentage ownership of existing shareholders, but the market knew this when valuing at 48p at Friday close.

For about the third time, I came to this board simply looking into the situation after my friends said that they had invested, I have simply posted here what I have said to them. Without there investment I would never have been on this board or for that matter very very unlikely any other AIM stock - easy enough for all but the stupid to understand.

Clearly another near 21 million shares going on the market on Monday, it will be a huge increase in shares in issue

btw reviews on trustpilot can be put on there by ANYONE just like reviews that can be seen about pubs or restaurants etc.

I personally would not trust the motive behind similar articles that were sponsored Google adverts.
