I am NOT invested and have NO interest in investing at ANY price.

I couldn't give a siht whether this goes to 0p or 1000p.

As I have said friends have just invested a LOT of money in this, which they then told me. about I have since given my feedback to them - end of.

I thought I would do the same here for investors or potential investors to take note of or ignore if they so wish. I haven't a clue whether MET1 will be a success or not.

So long as investors or potential investors are aware that the article in question was a sponsored advert - in other words Google have been paid to get it highlighted. Sponsored adverts have been known to have been used by scammers.

I am not invested in this - only curiously looking as friends have put lLARGE sum into this stock after reading that article (ramp) after showing at the top of a goggle search not directly related to MET1. They were also not aware of nearly 21 million new shares hitting the market on Monday. Investors will obviously just have to wait and see what the impact of the extra share equity will have.

Therefore the only logical reply that I have already given to your mentioning a large percentage ownership of the founders family and LINKING that to a delisting would be by way of a buyout to take it private. Understand?

I first invested in 2000 - the family have ALWAYS had a large percentage shareholding and in that time there has also been other periods of lower market valuations - understand?

what else does your statement imply other than the family with the large percentage ownership taking it private due to a low valuation, way way way under NAV.

No - reduced asset values will come about due to the valuations of the underlying businesses that HFEL invest in decreasing.

The sustainability of the dividend is dependent upon the income that HFEL generate. HFEL also has a dividend reserve. Increases in what investors are prepared to pay for shares in the underling businesses for each x of income has no direct link to the level of distributions.
