A great way to get a spread of investments (a number of which I had held individually already) with a single stock purchase.

A relatively new investment for me (since near the end of 2021) which has included a dozen purchases (last on 27th Oct 2023) - it has been very worthwhile investment

You shouldn't be concerning yourself with how much of some employees remuneration is by way of various share schemes, or by how much others wish to save on a monthly basis in order to have the option after a pre set amount of time to purchase shares at a fixed price per share. Without employees their is no Lloyds bank.

Pre LBG, Lloyds has had a ratio as high as about 3.6
