Dam
You are YET AGAIN showing how DUMB you are and thinking that others may be as dumb as YOU.
All but the DUMB know that voting is not compulsory, whether that is local elections, general elections or indeed resolutions put to shareholders, but you deemed it fit to point that out as if people were totally unaware. The more you post, as has been seen on other boards as well as this, the bigger the hole of Dumbness you are digging. I would stop digging if I were you.
''This means the family shareholding makes it a credible risk the company could delist if they wish to rid themselves of the cost and compliance burden of a main market listing.''
Once again, the family have ALWAYS had a large holding from Day one, and today is no different to the last about 9,200 days that I have personally have had a holding, but for some reason you think it worthy to talk about a de listing - it is NOT. Once again stop digging.
