precisely - investors/gamblers need to do some hard thinking. It seems to me that all this money raising is simply giving about 5 people a good income. For example Jonathan Owen on a six figure income - he and the several others that make up MET1 will be doing well from people pumping money to them no matter what.

Only gamble with an amount where you are comfortable with losing 100% of it.

I would be surprised if a penny in profit is made in the next 5 years, or ever.

You have a miss wired brain, thinking that others cannot understand that a vote on a resolution is not compulsory , (a non voter being indifferent on the matter) , and now thinking that others cannot comprehend that what I posted was that the share price has risen 8% since.

STOP DIGGING - you are making yourself look a complete and utter idiot, more and more.. Starting off with an out of thin air (between your ears) about a CLS delisting, and then giving your stupid reasons why it might happen (large family holding and big discount).

FFS give it a rest.

Family have always had a large holding.

CLS has traded at a big discounts in the past.

Institutions who hold about 35% of CLS can block a NONSENSICLE de listing.

PI's holding about 10% of CLS I am sure would want a vote also.

the big discount to NAV is simply that, a discount that investors can take advantage of, which I have done, by ploughing back some of my past 20 fold profits from CLS

the rns shows shares in issue after the new shares on Monday - simply multiply that number by the price of a share at any given time.

Every post that you make means getting to a lower level of stupidity.

Private investors own hardly any of CLS, and in any case on such a vote as a delisting you would most likely see them want a say in the matter. Apart from that all big institution holders would definitely vote, and their votes can block the family from de listing.

You seem to be an inexperience clueless investor. Once again a large family stake that has always been the case, and a valuation way below NAV (we have had low valuations in the past) has NOTHING to do with shareholders deciding to delist, and the fact of the matter the family cannot force it even if it wanted to, which it doesn't, because their is no benefit. The only benefit to them would be if they could raise some money to buy out other shareholders on the cheap, but once again this is very unlikely to happen, so FFS give it a rest about a delisting which has been plucked from thin air between your ears- give your head a good wobble and in addition if needed a good hard bang against a wall.

All but the DUMB know that voting is not compulsory, whether that is local elections, general elections or indeed resolutions put to shareholders, but you deemed it fit to point that out as if people were totally unaware.
