As I interpret it, the Omnimesh Integrated Gateway, fits inside a meter that has been manufactured large enough to include the Gateway. The stand alone Omnimesh Gateway is used where, initially, the meter cabinet/housing has been manufactured too small to include the CyanConnode Gateway.

This could be one of the reasons for the IntelliSmart/CyanConnode smart meter pilot, that we have been told about, to confirm/iron out a specific way forward, for possible future installations for the different types and sizes of meters, for the future installations that IntelliSmart are/will be responsible for.

" CyanConnodes position with respect to the Indian opportunity, has been strengthened over time. In May 2021, the company announced a non-binding MoU with IntelliSmart, a partially, state owned entity that is at the centre of the smart meter rollout programme, in India. Under the terms of the MoU, CyanConnode will utilise its hybrid/RF/cellular technologies for existing and new IntelliSmart smart meter contracts, amounting to millions of units. IntelliSmart is one of the two most important players in the Indian smart meter market, the other being Energy Efficiency Services Limited ( EESL.)"

As there has been a number of contracts cancelled overall, in India, it is encouraging that IntelliSmart and NIIF have agreed to this process, to access a possible alternative to some of there previous solutions, which we understand may take a few months.

But encouraging, non-the-less.

Some bits of information I researched when CyanConnode received the Green Economy Mark Award, but didn't get round to posting with all the other news that came out, that may be of interest and that you may think ties-up with your " Green " R+D thoughts.

There are also some companies that we may already be aware of, from the Issuer List, that already have this accreditation.

CyanConnode, is obviously one. Biffa ( Utilities - Waste and Disposible Services.) Ceres Power ( Energy - Alternative Fuels ) - has this Company been mentioned by tonyj. Seven Trent ( Utilities - Water.) There may be others.

Thank you for that piece of information pawnsacrifices. It is appreciated. And considering the present economic and climatic changes, that are happening globally, it would seem like a sensible approach.

As the report from April 2021 points out, this is a consultation. So it will be interesting to evaluate the findings of the consultation, when it is finalized.

......... last year, was 30th September, 2020. This year it's the 15th September, 2021. The Finals Results last year, were announced on the 4th September, 2020. The Finals Results this year, were announced on the 6th August, 2021. So these two events are earlier this year, than last year.

So now that the Results have been published, the Investor Presentation has been announced and the AGM has been called, the remainder of Q3 and all of Q4, 2021, could prove very interesting indeed.

Your interpretation of the reasons for the Placing, in the Placing RNS delivered on 3rd June, 2021 and also covered in your posts on 7th August, 2021 at 15:46 and 18:15, are in my opinion, correct.

But as we know, opinions differ.

And it does open up potentially, a very interesting 3rd/4th quarter for 2021.

I agree with the general points that you have made. There has been some encouraging progress by CyanConnode, especially during the last financial year, in many different aspects of the business. As highlighted in the Final Results - March 2021.

And the potential future contract opportunities for CyanConnode, may also prove to be interesting. So, I am sure we look forward to the rest of the year/financial year, with added optimism.

It goes into a brief description of both contracts, but also included is some detail on the information released with the Africa contract.
