I agree. It certainly seems as though something has encouged the market perseption of CyanConnode. At least for the moment, anyway. Let's see what happens during the afternoon session.

" During 2019, the UK Government announced that it had extended the deadline for the rollout of SMETS2 meters by four years to 2024. In early 2020, the deadline was again extended by a further six months due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Data Communications Company ( DCC ) aims to connect around 53 million smart gas and electricity meters to its secure network and in February 2021, it announced that 10 milllion smart meters had been connected. The rollout of SMETS2 meters commenced in Q4 2018 and as previously announced, CyanConnode believes that, for ease of rapid deployment, installers are initially targeting installations in densely populated areas that have a reliable cellular signal. CyanConnode believes that the installation of its RF technology will gain momentum during the latter stages of the rollout."

In answer to the Colourbounce post on 9th September, 2021, which I have responded to previously, specifically the quote:- " WHEREVER you live you can order a Smart Meter " is not correct.

From personal experience, I have tried recently to get both a SMETS2 smart electricity meter and also a SMETS2 smart gas meter and have been told I am not eligible at the moment and will have to wait until my turn is due and will be contacted in due course.

Maybe CB should consult those that are " .... far closer to the flame ..... " as he puts it.

In reply to your 15:57 post today jake, there are some investors that are probably happy to cash in their share-holding and to take the opportunity to have a holiday on their profits, now that they can have a holiday. Or even to put down a deposite for next years holiday. Or even to start shopping early for Christmas.

There are many reasons why investors sell. And many reasons why investors buy.

- Key Headlines - CyanConnode has reported £4.1m of revenue for the first half, 2.7 times higher YoY and with 315k modules shipped in the first half, 3.4 times higher YoY and compared to 418k for the whole of FY21, showing strong acceleration in August and September. £3.8m cash received in period and a further £0.24m post period end is encouraging.

- Contact and deal momentum - Follow-on orders with key customers in India and Thailand, as well as new customers, underpin the Company's growing activity levels. The MoU with IntelliSmart could well prove a watershed moment for CyanConnode given the scope of access to the market it should provide and the ability to demonstarate the capabilities of the Company's RF Mesh technology.

- Momentum firmly with the business - We make no changes to forcasts today but the pipeline of potential contracts and orders is substantial and could start to land at scale over the course of the next 6/12 months. A couple of reports that may be of interest, published during September, 2021.

Both reports cover a lot of the aspects of the smart meter/smart grid project, in Singapore, but there is an interesting quote from Mr. Jimmy Khoo, the CEO of SP PowerGrid, in Singapore.

He comments towards the end of the " Future-proofing Singapore's grid " report , about the development of the smart grid in the ASEAN region:-

" The smart grid is something that, I believe, has no single end-state," says Mr. Khoo. " It will keep evolving. But what will continue to happen is that it will get more and more green and it will become smarter. It's going to be a journey."

Also, from the " Why Singapore needs to get smart about metering " report, it would seem that EDMI are involved in Singapore, which involves " ..... a partnership between utility SP Group and local companies: Singtel, a telco and EDMI, a smart meter manufacturer."
