Wet, You show a lot of "on the verge", "in all likelihood", etc. The fact is we have done very little since the moratorium and virtually nothing in the last year. We are running out of money and will have to dilute again via a raise. Origin will have 77pct plus of Falcons' permits- for what??? Other explorers are moving fast and overtaking us. They are communicating well and executing. How do I know that very little is being done? The market tells me! ( for you oleo). We are going backwards. And when posters on boards start saying things like, " if you don't like it, sell your shares" then I know they have no answers. I'm not "sad" by any means. I have a great life (to me anyway), Retired at 54 and enjoy my off time. I have quite a few very speculative stocks such as this and have been investing online since the mid 90s. Some have made it, most do not but I'm still up. Like many I also am well into 7 figures on shares. When a guy like dprusky sells, I take notice. Not every post need be a pump! Will I sell? I doubt it but I'll still make whatever observations and ask whatever questions I want. And yes, please post the rumors you have become aware of for all of us. If I annoy you or anyone that much there is a mute button somewhere. Best to all.

It really IS sad that so little has been accomplished over such a long time with huge amounts of money! I just don't get why things take so long but it seems now that maybe Origin has no plans to finish this. Or maybe on the plus side they would rather just sell as per the original plan? Idk but it's time for this co to increase shareholder value or sell to someone who can.

Newt- thanks for the info as usual. I guess my biggest worry is that we are talking 10pct dilution IF we can get to the $.40. This would raise $40M for FOGs share of the cost to drill 10-12 wells? We've already burned through a couple hundred million w very little to show. Why do we think we can get these 10-12 wells drilled for so little? Is the cost that much cheaper to drill all together? Or close? What am I missing? It seems to me that these would be more expensive.

The thing that seems clear is that the success of other companies in the area is not helping FOGs stock price as was once thought would happen. At least not greatly.

Strange. Was up yesterday in London and down in the US. Today it's up again and again down in the US. Can't imagine that can go on for very long.

Newt, Thanks for the info but frankly I’m not thinking the $250M total is high. I’m thinking Falcon has gone through a $250M carry by itself w very little to show for it. Let’s face it - the company is worth about $100M. Now we’re going to do a production pilot program for Apx $50M Falcon share?? I hope so! For the guys saying “the bar is much higher” for a sale price, I am with you on that!

Thank you Newt and all for the information- I appreciate it. One thing sticking out to me is that I keep seeing a number of around $50M to do the pilot program. Whether that’s dilution if 10pct at $.50 or whatever. Do we think that’s what this would cost? Haven’t we spent hundreds of millions so far in what was carried by origin? Do we expect a production we’ll to be cheaper, easier? Just wondering.

A: the wells will perform as expected (the Kyalla was expected to be a home run and despite what POQ says about it, the Marley assigned it no value)
B: the market performs as we hope of there is good news. If these two wells would only prove up 1/8 of the acreage is that enough to raise the stock price to the $.40 US POQ described? Or will the market wait for more? I know we can’t answer many of these but a scenario you describe would not be bad. Sell some stock at a triple or quadruple and it’s a good investment. Hold some more for a 20x and it’s a great investment. I think most of us are looking for a “great” investment at this point but I would take some off the table at $.40-.50 for sure.
And if we think proving up 1/8 of the acreage is worth $.40/share, do we think proving it all would be worth $3.20/share depending on flow rates (in very rough numbers)

And if Origin says 2025 then we know it probably means 26-27. I’m thinking at least 4-5 years to monetization. 2022 was NOT “the most important year in the history of the beetaloo!!! Even in my 50s I’m starting to think like pods and hope my kids or grandkids benefit.

Sounds like people are happy but I still wonder why nothing was accomplished over the last 10-12 months. And when POQ says there are no plans to raise cash or reverse split it seems that those things may be on the way. We obviously can’t do the pilot production without new cash and POQ seems to be counting on a much higher share price when it comes time to raise that cash. Hope that’s the case. Overall I’m disappointed in how things have gone the past year or so- was hoping to have an offer for the co by the end of the year. Instead, it looks like several more years (if everything goes well) at a minimum, with more dilution. Hoping for the best though and as always, JMHO

Wet, w all due respect, “this stock is a great long term hold”????? It’s been a terrible long term hold so far, for the last 15 years. I think most people here will say they already have had a “long term outlook” on this stock and it has been terrible. Aside from the extrapolated numbers have we seen anything approaching the 7mm number in a well? Have we had a decent well since the moratorium was lifted? Forget longer term - sell the stock now for $1/share and people can hold what they want. That would work for me! JMHO

I have certainly made negative statements about POQ and origin and I stand by them. I think we have wasted years doing very little. I now see posts saying “The next year will likely decide the future of the beetaloo”. The problem is we have heard this since I’ve been in the stock which is at least 7 years or so. I have not sold and no need to post how many shares I own. I certainly hope we are headed the right way but need to see it at this point- sorry. I’m not trying to be negative for the sake of being negative however so if that’s how it comes across- I apologize. GLTA

Newt- thanks for your response as always. I guess my major issue is I just don’t know if 2024 WILL be the year. It was supposed to be 22. Now it’s 24. Then it will prob be 2026. I just don’t know that they will get it done. They have absolutely wasted this year. We are heading into the second half of the year and can’t point at ANY accomplishments of note. Frankly, what did we get done last year?

Yes, yes. We all know not the mortgage the house to buy falcon. That being said I don’t believe too many people a day trading falcon in the US. There just isn’t enough money or volume. The only thing in the plus column regarding the price is that the volume is so low. My question is, really, why are more people buying us given what we know today?

I know we all say the price doesn’t matter day to day and the only worry is the sale price. However, this thing is under $.10 US again w low volume. W all of the supposed great things happening how is it this low. Clearly, 2022 will NOT be “the most important year in the history of the Beetaloo” as someone claimed. Do we think people are just bailing because they see another couple years of the same old shat?
