Thanks for the info. So, does that mean that the fact the santos results were based on 10 & 14 days (I believe) mean that the rates would probably decline if run for 60-90 days?

Sure would have been nice to spend the next 7 months or so watching this at $.35-.40 vs dropping back under $.10. Will there be updates on the 14 and 10 day flow rates do we think? Are they apt to get better or worse? Or you can’t tell ?

Is it customary to give 10 and 14 day flow rates? Wouldn’t it have made sense to let it go for 30 days,? Or do we think it was declining each day and better to give out at end of Jan as promised?

I’m sure I’m not the only one who was hoping for these flow tests to move the Fog shareprice. Maybe if the 60-90 day tests increase it will. In the meantime, what events can move the stock price? Given origin’s slow pace, if we start on the amungee well in May , is it possible we will get info back by August? Are we looking at a 7 month delay before anything could move the share price? I’m all seriousness, what has Falcon accomplished since the moratorium was lifted 4(?) years ago? A failed kayalla well? Well I think someone said it was the most expensive well in world history so not failed in that regard. The extrapolation of the amungee flow tests? Anything else? The world seems to be setting up for this and Falcon/origin doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to do anything. Sorry for the down post.

Frankly I would probably rather take what we can get by the end of this year (even if lower than expected). than sell another 25-50pct of our share, as we did a few short years ago, and hope for the best in the future

This is why so many were upset with the last farmdown. I hope this is sold before the end of 22 but if not we will probably see dilution again- as many predicted when we went from 30 to 22.5. What will we go to next? 15? 10? Many have predicted that this will drag on u til origin gets most or all of falcons’ play. The only hope I see is that the stock price is high enough that we can issue a limited amount of shares as opposed to selling more of the family farm in order to survive.

It says we are 75pct carried and the rest will be funded through cash. I thought we had about $9M US in the bank? If so, that means we would have no more than $27M left from the carry correct? So if we want to do more, or pay the $7M someone was talking about, we have to raise new funds soon- meaning late 22, early 23. Not sure what you mean by “killing” or spot trade but I don’t trade this stock unfortunately. I wish I had the cajones but I’ve been in at least 7 years and w my luck as soon as I sold, Falcon would sell for $5/share.

To me the carry position of Falcon, or what’s left of it, is an asset of Falcons, no? Why wouldn’t this be Falcon info? I would certainly want to know this if I was an analyst valuing the company.

Newt, when you say “dilution at a higher price point due to the run up”, do you mean where we are now or at a new higher price?

That’s exactly what they have been telling us for years. What makes you think THIS time it would lead to commercialization? Just sell to a real exploration company now and I’ll hold w them vs holding w Falcon for a possible greater deal 2,3, 20 years down the road! Also, at what point do we start to hear about elections again? At what point could the political climate change?

I am concerned as well. It sounds to me like POQ is setting us up for more dilution. Why he couldn’t have told us exactly what was left of the carry at end of 21 -IDK. But apparently the money and our cash will be gone before the end of the year and we will either have sold (I hope) or we will dilute one way or another. Not a good release as far as I’m concerned.
