They just completed diligence on the assets etc 'for sale'. In any event, my point is you can buy a share worth 90p with potential to surprise to the upside for 54p. Dorothys repututation here and at the BoE is based on full honest, transparent disclosure

Have to wait for the 2019 statutory accounts but net assets after impairment must be c$1.6bn post tax versus current market value c$0.9bn? That's 90p SP (no goodwill etc) if you wanted to pick up a functioning management team and assets with forward operating cashflow. Screaming bargain imo

The impairment was the icing on the cake. These calls also say lots by avoiding the subject ... legal and pricing protocols etc. Only a hunch. My lowest buy was 50.19.
