Don't panic like I did, it's just a advance notice of the annual results presentation

All those suggesting there was a secret 'off book' order going on seem wrong. Looking at after hours trades there doesn't appear to be anything significant which suggests to me this is shorter's playing their game

That's fair Tony. Sorry I should have said they are middle management so not massively connected and are UK based. If you don't wish to believe me I completely understand, but I am massively invested here so am just sharing what I know to the genuine investors. I appreciate that you shouldn't necessarily trust what you read here and obviously should do your own research, but just wanted to try to give some reassurance to those who I have built trust with on here that there doesn't seem to be internal rumblings to suggest today's drop was anything, but short sellers

Checked in with my contact and there's no news they know of. In fact, they said they are busier than ever.

The shorts. They just got a load at £1.40 and are using it to drive the price down

I'm convinced it's not a large seller. The shorts borrowed 0.11% of the total stock on the 3rd. They are selling that to drive the price down.

I'm surprised you're saying this JG when you have been written to personally saying that nothing is wrong

Given how this is being so easily crashed on small volumes, imagine if a whale decided this price was too good to be true and decided to snap every sell order up. Surely the price could rocket just as easily the other way. This has swung 7% on less than 0.4% of the outstanding stock being traded today.

Shorts acquired 0.11% of the total stock to sell against a fee float of less than 5% so are using that to create this drop in my view

There definitely would have been a TR1. This is just being played by shorts thanks to the low free float

Manz they do not, if you can't do your own research then please don't come on here spouting lies to try to spread FUD

If someone had offered you that price on Thursday night you'd have taken it, let's hope we smash it on Monday and you'll be glad you did. Have a good weekend

It has a low free float so has been easily manipulated by shorts. They obviously believe it's going to drop, but most on here are long and invested and if we thought it was going to drop further we wouldn't be.

Did you manage to get in at 138 before the close wildstag? Hopefully this will kick on next week with only 18 days until the trading update.

No offense, but I hope you stalling means you miss out. Could really do with yesterday's momentum continuing and burning through GLG's borrowed shares. This stock is one of the only ones that's had positive updates and is still at it's lows

Looks like they borrowed back the 0.1% they returned. Probably planning to use it to sell into any rises.
