Time for reentry here I think. I was waiting for it to fall back from 250p, which it has done. I'll start buying a few chunks again over the next week or so. Might not be the fastest recovery, but the new CEO has a great track record and the NHS is creaking at the seams. Still a strong takeover possibility at this price as well.

That's exactly the problem. If the company provided investors with a steady flow of relevant information then there wouldn't be any of this second-guessing or ambiguity. The fact that it doesn't suggests either serious incompetence or that there is something to hide. My personal guess is the former. What we get instead is a monosyllabic ramp crew, which mysteriously gets more vocal whenever there are some CLNs to convert (total coincidence I'm sure). No one with half a brain is going to invest serious money in a business based on gruel as thin as 'Boom time soon!' and '1 code!!!' and the rest of the rubbish they come out with. Someone needs to teach the chocolate fireguard Challenger team how to use social media effectively.

Wow. I've become so used to unremitting misery from PFD that I barely even check the RNS' any more, but this is actually a really nice set of numbers and demonstrates real progress. I have a small holding just north of 45p here, so hopefully won't be too long until it is back in profit. Even six months ago that didn't seem like a possibility, so credit where it's due to the team.

Great update, compared to many other retailers. Definitely pleased with that.

Q3 trading update on Friday. Could be a slightly volatile week until then, as other retailers report their results. Let's hope our Christmas trading period has been more 'Next' than 'Debenhams'...

Agreed. The good news just keeps coming, following month after month after month of false starts. Pleased to be holding here with a low average and now nicely in profit. I think this has a long way to go from here as 2018 progresses.

Still dropping after this week's news. I may look for a re-entry point next week. Clearly it's never going to be as good as getting in here at circa 60p was for me, but there's still likely to be room for growth here.

Nice post hector. 11p seems to be the 'new normal' here, which puts me on a decent profit. Massive upside potential from here though - I really think 2018 could be transformative.

I'm still looking for a reentry point here, but can't convince myself to buy back in when the takeover prospects seem to be off the table for the time being. It's a tricky one!

Dhlindy, lots of false starts here in the past for sure, but there does now seem to be a nice trickle of newsflow coming through. It's still early days of course, but if they can keep up this momentum then we should be in a good spot.

Another decent RNS there. I bought this as a throwaway punt a while ago and it's actually looking like a nice little business is emerging here. Newsflow starting to tick through and the market is finally starting to pay attention. Keep it up!
