It's the same person, Tony. Sets up a couple of new accounts each week to abuse anyone asking questions about the company. The accounts rapidly get wiped again - you'd think they'd learn to stop. We have enough to deal with here, without having to play 'whack a troll' on endless new sockpuppet accounts.

I don't disagree marineville - the worthlessness of the CEO's holding just underlines what an appalling job he has done running this business. The ramp crew has now gone full 'Comical Ali' and is making such ludicrous claims that no one could possibly take them seriously. Following the attempt to rewrite history and claim that the failure of mediation was suddenly great news, we now have the spectacle of smallcapprick and his Twitter faithful claiming 'buys are coming in, boom time soon' and the old classic lie, 'buys showing as sells', as the share price collapses around their ears. What a mess. Is this the worst share on the main market? It's got to be up there.

Your 'Add' doesn't seem to be showing up iain? Very odd. Any minute now I'm sure... Over 2,000,000 shares sold in early trading, with no buys. Mind you, there are now so many millions of shares in issue that this isn't quite as bad as it once would have looked.

Heavy block selling in to the open. Notable that all the people claiming to be 'topping up' don't appear to be doing anything of the sort. The real question is - will we test the all-time low today?

Smallcap/Dijon can ramp all he wants - people aren't fooled any more. This is yet another chapter in the miserable history of CHAL. How many more of these are we going to need before that boondoggle NY Wheel finally gets built? The market is reacting accordingly.

Well, well, well. Another good news RNS - yet more dilution. Bad luck if you got caught up in the ramping of the last week - today's open should be interesting. What a dog.

On a separate note, I think 'Creepyeyes' is my new favourite Twitterer on the CHAL hashtag. He was posting for days last week about how the company is doomed and the BOD is useless and have destroyed all value etc. Now he's deleted all those tweets and has gone full-on ramper. No explanation given of course. Great follow if you're looking for a laugh while we await some meaningful news.

Good posts Bermondsey. It hasn't gone unnoticed that the people who were telling us last week that mediation was going to fix all of the problems are now claiming that its failure is great news. It's almost as though they're making it up as they go along...

Only a CHAL 'bull' could see failed mediation as 'boom time'. You're optimists, I'll give you that. Justified optimism or laughably deluded? We shall see soon enough.

Fingers crossed that you're right this time (after many people confidently predicted that the mediation was going to lead to a restart). The alternative doesn't bear thinking about...

I promised to recap two of the main predictions we had here yesterday and their respective outcomes: Prediction: 'Should get an RNS about mediation today' Outcome: Didn't happen. Prediction: 'Should see 2p today' (more than 3 times the share price at the open) Outcome: Didn't happen. Hopefully this demonstrates that outlandish, pie-in-the-sky predictions should be taken with an ocean of salt. The good news is that decent volume has returned here at last. We now have a nice steady flow of buys & sells, instead of the slow trickle of small sells seen in weeks past. It is reasonable to expect an update on the mediation progress if not today, then early next week. This could be the catalyst for a more sustainable rise, depending on exactly what has been decided.

On a serious note - Benedict Cumberbatch is about as good a name as they could have hoped to get for this event. It's a decent coup for them, credit where it's due. I still think this was a daft investment on Challenger's part but at least with names like that on board, there's hope of getting our �40k.

Unbelievable what has happened here. One of my better-timed sells ever, but I really thought it would have rebounded strongly by now.

All valid points Visainn. Of all Challenger's investments, Starbuncle is definitely the most baffling. It smacked of desperation at the time and its announcement didn't move the share price an inch. Any value left in this company rests on the future of the NY Wheel at this point, in my view.
