I wouldn't pay any attention to the latest round of brainless ramping. According to those people, every single court date has been 'the big one'. They've never been correct yet and are clearly just guessing/making it up as they go along. The facts remain the same - without a confirmed NY Wheel restart, we're in big trouble.

It's getting a bit rampy on Twitter now (except for that strange chap who posts a load of vitriol then deletes his tweets every day). Not much price movement though - I expect people will wait to see some firm news before risking another false dawn.

To be fair I wouldn't want to own up to being Challenger Acquisitions either, given its performance to date. The hosting company probably deleted it out of pity.

There's actually quite a lot of similarity between the two situations. A determined group of rampers, pumping the hell out of a fundamentally poor stock, shouting down any dissenters and dismissing any criticism or questioning as 'deramping'. Then, of course, the business hits the skids and one-by-one the big promises begin to fall over. Many of the rampers vanish in to thin air, some move on to new ramps and a few of them suddenly start demanding the CEO's resignation and trying to form 'shareholder action groups' to launch legal action. These people were warned again and again and again. They shouldn't expect a huge amount of sympathy now that they've finally woken up and realised they've been sold a pup.

The Chairman resigned in January 2017 and the CEO took over the role 'on an interim basis'. Unless I'm very much mistaken, the role was never re-filled. As such, he's been marking his own homework ever since.

So we're initiating legal proceedings to reclaim the �100k which he never should have lent out in the first place. Great news for the lawyers; not so great for Challenger's already pathetic cash pile. If only someone could have seen this coming. If only someone could have said 'this is a terrible idea, it'll bomb and we'll end up in court trying to get the money back'... Hammy is right - I think most people here are now just waiting for this dog to finally go bust.

I assume he's extremely embarrassed, having just said 'I don't even want to think about what happens if it fails' on a conference call just a short while ago. Star Sanctum ticket holders on Twitter are claiming that they've been told they'll be reimbursed above the value of the ticket price for their inconvenience. Ironically, they may end up making a profit on their investment in the ticket, while investors in this dog get yet another failure to add to the list.

You have to laugh. I don't mean to make light of the repeated failures of this dismal company, as some people do have a lot of money trapped in here. However, there's no point in pretending that this is anything other than another entirely predictable disaster.
