There are always going to be people cashing in gains - creating churn. The new buyers then support this new price range, all being well, and then the SP can kick on as the news flow develops. It's been a reasonably good day and we'll hear more later. This has been de-risked a significant amount but obviously still a long way to go - rewards are ahead providing the company can deliver. There has certainly been a lot of graft done for the groundwork and we'll possibly hear tonight what they've been working on while awaiting full approval.

One of the most important things is now TM1 are not reliant on a third party to kick on. Everything they need to do is under their control and time frame. This is now a great platform for progression.

Bamps, very true - if both the takeover and divestment come to pass, I'm keen to see what SDs next move is. It's a big financial leap if they were to put an offer in alone but the heavy cost of taking full control would surely be worth it long term.

In the mining sector, following the events in Chile focus has once again been on 'safe' jurisdictions. I would think if Newmont take Newcrest and feel the need to divest Havieron it's going to be in demand.

I agree that the timescale for the changeover to happen is extremely optimistic, although it is inevitable.
Observationally, I would say that for the vast majority of people to make the change from one technology to another is multifaceted. The first of the two main reasons, and an obvious factor, is price - until electric cars are more affordable in comparison to alternatives then the change-over can't happen quickly. Secondly, what you are getting has to be significantly better than what you had before. Now despite electric cars themselves being amazing machines, the infrastucture is way behind - range, charging times and availability of charging stations will all improve but again the transition is slow. There are many more minor factors but I feel these are the main two.
Anecdotally I was thinking of replacing a run-around car that we have with a brand new electric one. I don't care what it looks like, I just need a box on wheels to get from A to B. Let me know the cheapest brand new electric car you can find - it's about the same price as an average UK salary!

Or do you think they should keep drilling in and around this location?

Really pleased with this RNS today. Personally I believe it's extremely significant - it's not just what it means in isolation for Rudall in terms of its potential prospectivity due the high grades we've just seen, but I mean it's significant enough that it could change various parties' view on the GGP / Havieron / Newcrest / Newmont jigsaw.
