Re the patents, I don't think think the delivery will be under Scancell, but under one of the named partners mentioned in the RNS. Might be worth looking into the newly formed organisation too. After the RNS mentioning it, I came up with nothing, but I assume it is part of thr Notts biotech collaboration.

Out of curiosity, looked for it, I found what looked like comprehensive list of UK shares, minus BP (but it includes other FTSE100 firms). Delving further over on the FCA site, I found an exemption from notifying short positions list - to me it looks like many of the remaining banking institutions here are on it.

I haven't seen any CEPI funding reference as yet, but if it is going out as a booster, then I'm not sure we would need it for this style of CT1. Any thoughts?

I think Scancell has as many likes and RTs on their tweet as I've every seen. I'm not sure if the article indicates that they are cultivating journos or not. I'm expecting a round of other publications quoting from it over the next week or so.
